  I came in with one car issue, and during review, Chris & the Team found an additional concern, that i am grateful they did. The price was fair and the customer service was better. We as good customers, pay for peace of mind, customer engagement, and good experience. That is what received. I will be back. Thank you all.

  Both of my vehicles felt like the front brakes weren’t quite right. I took my truck to one of those quick oil change places the day before but they couldn’t check brakes or rotate tires. Walking into the building I was met with Chris, whose upbeat personality is absolutely contagious. He and his team kept me updated the whole time I was there. They also gave the truck a full look over to double check everything. The next day I brought my car since I had a good experience. I needed front and rear brakes as well as an oil change. Again, great people with fun personalities that keep you updated every step of the way. They also mentioned another concern but recommended that it wasn’t necessary to fix it immediately. I liked that they did not pressure me into anything, just gave me pure facts and let me decide what I should get done based on their recommendations. Between Chris and Teddy keeping me smiling and Lorenzo making my vehicles like new again, I would absolutely come back.

  Absolutely fantastic service! After multiple attempts to get an alignment in my vehicle, Chris and Teddy at NTB on Rt. 40 made it happen. I had an appointment with another location and I was told they did not have a tech that day. So I made an appointment online @9am with NTB on 40 and was there in 20 mins. Walked in and was immediately greeted by name. Chris explained their would be in at 10am and could take it immediately. 45 mins later, I was out the door with a perfectly aligned vehicle. Chris and Teddy were polite, professional and very knowledgeable when explaining the differences. Thank you and I will be back.

  Needed tires for my daughter’s car and checked prices locally. Usually buy from Costco but thought I would try NTB. Glad I did! The manager, Teddy, gave me a great price and scheduled my appoint the next morning. Gary, the mechanic had my 4 tires installed in about an hour. Awesome service and tremendous value. Highly recommend the local team at NTB.
