  I recently brought my car to NTB for a check-up and oil change, and I had a very positive experience. The team was friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I scheduled my appointment. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. The oil change was completed promptly, and I was very pleased with the overall service I received. Everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming, which made for a great first experience with NTB. I would definitely consider returning for future service!

  NTB got my specialty tires ordered and vehicle serviced in just two days! They also offered the best price on tires in the area. Customer service is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend for your next tire appointment.

  I got 4 new tires at Walmart but they told me they could only replace 2 of them because they couldn’t get one of the bolts off a donut I had changed myself. Turns out the Walmart cross threaded the bolt so it wasn’t even screwed in all the way and they let me drive home like that. The guys at NTB worked SO hard to save my wheel because the bolt had to be broken off but they did it, and they saved me the extra cost of having to replace the whole wheel. I’m so so so grateful for the fast, professional, and amazing work these guys did to fix what Walmart messed up and I can’t speak highly enough of NTB! The first pic is what Walmart left me with and the second is how the bolt looks after NTB’s work!

  Won’t be returning. Steve is the only honest person in there who actually understands what is going on. The tech changing my tires had absolutely no clue what he was doing. Standing around, trying to figure out how to work the tire machine, hitting his head (twice) on the tire machine, needing another young tech to come over and help him. This location is also always understaffed which says a lot about the turnover. If it wasn’t for Steve, this location would fail. Pricing seems honest until it isn’t. A “coupon” for balancing tires isn’t even applied to the installation and is just applied to the tires and apparently isn’t able to be combined with military/government/other discounts even after being told it would. When I came in previously for an oil change, I had to return 2 weeks later because my car was leaking oil because the drain plug was never appropriately tightened. This time, it took 3 hours for tires. Save your time and the headache and go somewhere else. Thank you to Steve for at least trying. The tech needs to be trained or removed Edit: I also have some nice new scratches on my car that were not there before from the tech opening my door right into the lift (I know they weren’t there before because I just bought the car)

  My older Chevy Impala started to vibrate while driving and I knew my tires were on the older side and need to be replaced so I called NTB at 1 o’clock because I had to travel early the next morning. I spoke with Steve and he found tires on sale that fit my vehicle and set me up for a 2 o’clock appointment to replace four tires on short notice. As I sat in the store while they’re working on my tires, three other customers walked in with urgent issues. One guy had his brakes seizing up, another had just gotten a flat tire and he and his wife and he were taking a trip early the next morning, and another wanted an oil change. It’s after 2 PM and the shop closes at 5 PM. The Manager accepted all of the customers calls for short notice help. It’s not often that I get to witness real customer service, especially at a high volume auto service shop. My tires were changed in and out within an hour and a half, and they replaced a failing tire sensor. The mechanic, Miles, the assistant manager Steve, and the shop’s manager were extremely courteous and professional. Kudos to your team for demonstrating the highest level of customer service. You guys are awesome!
