    Hit a curb on my way into work this morning. Scheduled a same-day appointment and I was immediately contacted to confirm which I appreciated. Sarah & the team were extremely helpful and explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle, clearly outlining a (very fair) price. I got back on the road in a little over an hour. Very pleased with my experience!

    I went in for a simple alignment on Wednesday, and when I picked up my car, Thursday morning, the steering wheel was completely 90 degrees (as seen in the photo). First off, I can't believe they let me drive my car away like that. When I first got there, they offered be $50 off to leave a 5 star review. I paid $93. After driving away and noticing the issue, I came right back and told them about the issue. The guy running front desk, John, was very frustrated. I thought at first it was just toward management, but then it seemed to turn to me. He called (I assume) his manager/boss right in front of me, and the first thing he said was "we had someone who left a 5 star review this morning, and I was about to get another one but now I have to refund her". That is what you are worried about?? I also asked for the alignment report, to which he pulled out a crumpled piece of paper out of the trash can, flattened it out, and handed to me (also added a photo of that). I tried to be very cordial, knowing it may not be his fault. He gave me a refund and told me I could take it somewhere else or it could be fixed on Saturday. I gave them my keys back and told them I would be back Saturday, and that I was not going to take it somewhere else to pay for their mistakes. My dad also called, to make sure that this would be handled. John told my dad that I could come pick it up that day, Thursday afternoon, and take it to the other NTB in Frederick, and it would be free of charge to be fixed the same day. When I went to go pick it up, John told me that since he gave me a refund it's a clean slate and I would have to pay wherever else I took it. I told him I was not paying someone to fix their mistakes, so I was leaving it there and they had until Saturday to fix it. I received a call from Keith, the regional manager, this morning. Telling me they would fix my car but that I would have to pay $88 (which is literally a $5 discount from what I paid before). At this point I just wanted my car back so I agreed. When I went to pick it up today Vince had fixed it and he was wonderful. He and the younger girl (I didn't catch her name) were the only people working there who were kind and apologetic about the situation (even though it was neither of their faults). I cannot believe I took my car for a simple alignment at a place that does alignments everyday and all of this happened. I'm just so glad I have my car back and will never trust them with it ever again.

    This is a mixed review. I give Sarah and the manager a 5 star and the Asian tire technician a 1 star. He is slower then molasses on a winter morning.
