  Darron Store Manager and staff are amazing! My work vehicle has a flat upon my departure one morning for work. Attempted to call my usual shop but with it being Friday no spots were available. The tire along with a host of other mechanical and preventative maintenance issues were on going but with a busy life most have been ignored. Darron was not only confident he could get the tire fixed that day, but also confident he could get the car along with its other issues done before close of day (yeah right…oil change, two new tires, new brakes pads and rotors, and all bays and parking lot full). But he pulled it off!!! Also got me a manufactured discount on the tires to save me a $100. I had a budget in mind and Darron got me as close to it. The car preforms like the day I took it off the lot. Results…perfect! That Rav 4 handled the turn down point of rocks like a dream and the brakes responsive and reliable. Coin dot ask for a better than the experience. Kudos to Darron and staff for making this effortless. The car is now a dream to drive, again!

  Had an appointment to get my headlights replaced, waited 2.5 hours and they still didn't get it done. I had to leave. Giant waste is time. I do not recommend.

  Ordered tires through Tire Rack and used this location as a preferred installer via their website. Brought the car in on a Monday morning after confirming the tires were delivered. Technician promptly takes the car, dismounted two tires and tells me they only have two tires (other two ended up being delivered somewhere else--TireRack's mistake). I had to then wait for them to put my car back together and come back a few days later when the tire order was rectified by TireRack. I bring the car back a second time, and I watch a technician dismount, and reinstall my OLD tire! When I pointed it out, he acted as if he had no idea how he did that. I spoke to the assistant manager about this and her response was rude and that I "probably made the technician nervous". If I hadn't watched him, he would have finished without installing my new tires. Bottom line: Mr. Tire should have CONFIRMED they actually had the 4 tires before me wasting time from work. Secondly, your technicians are clearly inexperienced and your management is rude and apologetic. There are plenty of better shops out there.

  Tire blew on my way to work, luckily Darren was there to help get me a new tire, Also he noticed another on of my tires had a gash and was able to fix that as well! AND get me back on my way without even being late!! Great workers like him are hard to find, He needs a raise! Definitely coming back for life!!!!!

  Very convenient for me cause I live right down the street. I can just drop the car off in the morning and walk home. They always call when the car is ready or if something unexpected comes up. I’ve been going to them for years for oil changes and tires.
