  Absolutely the very best customer service I have had in years. Long haired guy w ted white n blue stripes was very nice and found my reservation. Then when I came back to pick up my car. Christy went over any beyond to assist every customer with an inspection called 2 other locations until she solved the customers needs. Really refreshing to see such wonderful customer service left in this world. Thank you so much.

  Ironically I picked this particular MT in the Frederick area because it had the best reviews. If you make an appt online or by choosing to on phone you will get a call center who will get you scheduled. Only problem is they don’t actually communicate with the shop itself so you get “rescheduled “ once you speak with them directly. Long story short we had a 10am appt to put two new tires on, nothing else. Again 10am appt. Two tires. Car was done at 315. Wife was treated rudely for calling at 1pm to ask when it will be done. 5+ hours shop time for two tires. Don’t waste your time with this shop, appts mean nothing to them. Customer service jobs are difficult. Don’t take them if you can’t treat people well.

  I was 3k miles overdue for a oil change I needed it bad and I only had a specific amount of money and Chrissy made sure she found the right plan in needed in my price range and made sure I got my oil change and then she went on to help me figure out the best price for 4 new tires. She really went above and beyond to help me and my wife out. My last experience at a different company was really bad from beginning to end. This was completely opposite. Everything from making the appointment to going and getting everything done and paying for it was excellent and easy going and not stressful at all. Very appreciated and highly recommend this company and location. Thank you again 🙏🏼 very much

  I was in a real bind, with a nail in my tire a few days before a long road trip, so I needed it patched immediately. Two other Mr. Tire shops in the area were unable to accommodate me, but they went above and beyond to get me an immediate appointment here. The tire was patched in under an hour, for a reasonable price, near closing time even. I’ve had a fantastic experience at every Mr. Tire location I’ve ever been to, and this time was no exception. I even commend the two other locations who couldn’t perform the service, but nevertheless helped me get it.

  Wife’s car had a flat, went to a different location 30 mins before close. This location had a tire available and was willing to stay late to get the repair done. Got her car back on the road for a good price.
