  I made an appointment Sunday morning for Sunday afternoon. It took me right away. I was done in an hour. Had an oil change tire rotation.

  They were so helpful and upfront in pricing. Explained thoroughly what was needed. I didn't feel like i was being "taken" like alot of these places around here. I will be bringing my car here from now on

  I scheduled an appointment for a specific set of tires on my teenage son’s car. Those tires had a rebate and came with a free alignment and oil change. He showed up for the appointment as scheduled and the first day they told him they didn’t have them yet and to reschedule for the following day. He showed up today and they told him they couldn’t get those tires but would sell him something better. Except they sold him inferior tires and marked up the cost nearly $300. Don’t ever trust these people.

  I was in a bind. Traveling for work and felt like wheels were coming off the truck. Took it in and got an uber into the field for work. They said I had two bad wheel bearings in the front. I wasn’t surprised. I had guessed at least one was bad. What did surprise me was the price. They charged $592 per wheel bearing for a Timken assembly. Not even OEM. Advance Auto has these for $165 each. So they charged me more than 350% markup on the retail cost of the parts. They fixed it well so far and got it done that day, but what they charged was absurd. I felt taken advantage of by them. Over $2k with labor for 2 wheel bearings because they overcharged for the parts.
