  I set up an appointment for my inspection got there and send me to another store location where they didnt had availability, from that other store sent me back to this location and there was like you can wait here but no guarantee it can get done today! Mind you with an appointment. Could’ve just said i dont feel like working today lazy people now in days smh

  Avoid avoid avoid! Failed Maryland state inspection and shop initially wanted $3,000 for a repair that wasn’t needed! Vehicle passed safety inspection at another shop with flying colors. Additionally, they try to charge you a $70 re-inspection fee. They claim to “inform” you of this re-inspection fee but myself and another customer who “failed” their initial inspection were not informed of this policy. Additionally, Mr. tires reasoning was that this is a “fee required by the state of Maryland” to conduct the re-inspection. That was a direct quote. The Maryland Stare police supervisor for this shop made clear to me that this was a voluntary fee passed on to their customers. Not a state mandate. In short, they like to take advantage of and scam their customers who are in need of this certification when registering an out of state vehicle. Hopefully they lose their license and I’d be curious to see what their pass rate is for this location
