I've never felt so secure and confident in getting help from Mr.Tire. Josh and his team of experts helped me and educated me in making my sure my car was BETTER then when I purchased it. If you're in a bind, and you need not just help, but an expert, go to this spot on The Golden Mile. Thank me later.

Wonderful experience. Driving thru Fredrick MD and tire light goes on. Have slow leak so went to Mr. TIRE because tires purchased at Monroe in NY. Alan Payne got a hold of my local Tire Choice store in VA and was able to send all records concerning tires. Tire needed to be replaced and was able to be pro rate replacement and get me on my way. So thankful for the exceptional service I received from this location!! Truly a gem of a business!!

The people are nice even though they scammed me. I was looking for a specific tire available on their website. Made the first available appointment, went to said appointment and was told they did not have the tires in stock (Michelin pilot sport 4 a/s) and needed to order them. These are advertised for $301 each on their website.
Over 2 weeks later I'm finally notified the tires arrived and made an appointment for the following morning. I arrive and am given the service paperwork to sign without any explanation or itemization. Grand total - $1150. Seemed a bit excessive for 2 tires that are advertised on their website for $301 each.
Looking over the service paperwork, they tried to add their "Roadside Hazard Protection" plan for an extra $150. Told them to remove it and they did. Work was completed and I ended up paying over $900 for 2 tires. Still seemed a bit excessive but knew there was labor, sensors, fees, etc. Double checked the receipt before I left and although I caught the extra $150 charge, what I didn't catch was they increased the tire price to $389 each without telling me.
When I demanded an explanation, their reasoning - "We had to use a different distributor so that's why the price was increased". Maybe something that should've been mentioned beforehand?? Pressing the explanation, I was told the distributor they had to use was TireRack and their cost was $175. Which was even more irritating because I could've bought the tires myself directly from TireRack for the original $301 as advertised.
Shady practice, I won't be returning and for anyone who does choose this place, be sure to know advertised pricing and double check the service paperwork before signing anything and again before paying

I was traveling from out of town when I got a flat tire. AAA towed my car there. The front desk told me that they would fit me in and let me know when the tire was fixed. About three hours later I still had not been contacted So I called the front desk. I was told that they would get to it. After another two hours They did not call me So I called them. They told me that they could not patch the hole and I had to buy a new tire. After another two hour wait I called them again they said that the car was done. When I picked up the car I asked to see the hole in the tire. They showed me the hole it was a very small hole in the tread in the center of the tire not on the sidewall. The desk attendant told me they do not Plug and patch tires that have fix a flat in them. I think I said the keyword that I was from out of town. Because I had an All-wheel-drive vehicle I had to purchase two new tire tires for the rear and then pull AWD Fuse so that I could get home because the tire they had did not match my other three. Also I contacted my local tire shop at home they told me they repair fix a flat tires all the time it’s water soluble it just has to be washed out dried with a towel and then plugged and patched is normal. I’m not sure if Mr. Tire Is lazy, incompetent, or intentionally took advantage of me because I was from out of town. Even their customer service was terrible. I do not recommend using this shop if you need a tire repair

We were on our way to a cruise when we got a flat tire. The guys at the shop were able to get us in right away and expedited our change over so we would not miss our family vacation. Thank you so much for saving our 4th of July!
