  If I could leave this dealership 0 stars I would. Jadon Shako scheduled me for a test drive and brought me 3 hours out to come look at a car. Texted me that the car was sold 5 minutes ago knowing I was on the way. Unethical and scummy time wasters.

  I would like to take time thank Raj for his service, attention to concerns and desires during my purchasing process. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to a brand(Hyundai) of vehicle I never desired before. His information about the vehicle was so good and helpful for me to make an informed decision. If you are looking for a vehicle as for Raj. He is well versed with GMC as well as Hyundai. I appreciate his service as well as the financial team at Ideal Automotive.

  Wow excellent service provided by this gentleman Abhi Mishra .when my friend mentioned me about him ,I called him spoke over phone than I went out of state came back I saw his text .i was surprised that how can you be so kind and still remember when I honestly forgot.finally came to visit him purchased Tucson hybrid very satisfied with service always will recommended to my friend and family.wahab in financed did great job to .

  If thinking about buying a Hyundai, please remember it’s not just the car but the culture they share. Took mine in for engine light on Monday, Tuesday said what it was and will order parts for next day. Didn’t come. Said Friday latest. Picked it up, informed service dept of a 4” scratch that wasn’t there before. Said it was after 4:00 and no managers available. Come back Monday. In addition, after repair, oil leak in my driveway. So, now more of my time fixing what they should have.

  I highly do NOT recommend this location. The service is poor, and technicians are not mechanically inclined. Of course they’ll need to complete a “diagnostic” which costs $250 and they will not be able to fix the issue. They will recommend unnecessary service and the issue that may have brought you to the service department will remain unresolved. Not saying if it’s intentional or unintentional, but you will leave the service department with more issues than you had before bringing your vehicle. And unfortunately as a customer you are left with no recourse. Avoid this location.
