  Bought a 2026 IONIQ 9 SEL — these guys earned it. I did a lot of homework before walking into this deal. I priced Ioniq 9s across four states, pulled residuals and money factors, and got quotes from multiple dealers. A couple of them tried to hand me a marked-up money factor and hope I wouldn't notice. Safford Leesburg didn't do any of that. Franklin Guzman put together the cleanest worksheet I saw anywhere. Base money factor, correctly calculated taxes, every fee itemized, nothing buried, nothing padded. When I checked his math line by line it all held up. That sounds like a low bar until you've seen what the other guys send. Todd Jacob got involved and worked with me on price instead of hiding behind "that's our number." He was straight about what he could and couldn't do, and he did it over email on my schedule instead of making me sit in a showroom for four hours. Paul handled the finance side and made it painless, no pressure, no twenty-minute pitch on products I didn't need, just the contract and clear answers. For context: I'm 6'8", so fit was my whole search. The IONIQ 9 without the panoramic roof was the one vehicle that genuinely worked, and this team helped me get into the right one at a fair number. Signed remotely, no drama, no surprises at the end. Ask for Franklin.

  If I can give a ZERO I would because my overall experience with Antwerpen Hyundai was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. My vehicle was at the dealership for approximately a month, and communication throughout the process was terrible. There were multiple times when I could not get through to anyone or receive a clear update. I was also told my vehicle would be ready for pickup on Friday, only to find out that it was not actually ready. When I finally complained to the manager about my experience, she presented what sounded like a solution and told me to basically put my worries behind me. She asked, “What if we buy your car and put you in a new car?” Based on the way this was presented, I believed the dealership was genuinely offering to buy my vehicle as a way of making things right after everything I had experienced. However, once the numbers were presented, I learned that the dealership was simply offering a trade value for my vehicle and planned to roll the remaining negative equity into the financing for the new vehicle. That was very different from what I understood was initially being offered. It felt like another example of overpromising and underdelivering, rather than a genuine resolution to my complaint. More importantly, my original complaint still was not resolved. I had specifically discussed having my vehicle cleaned before pickup, and I was told it would be cleaned and ready that afternoon. When I came to pick it up, it still had not been cleaned. After my vehicle had been there for approximately a month, I do not believe that was an unreasonable request. The entire experience left me feeling as though my concerns were not taken seriously. The manager initially spoke as though she had the ability to completely resolve the situation, but ultimately neither the proposed vehicle solution nor something as simple as the promised cleaning was delivered as represented. I chose not to move forward with the replacement vehicle because I was not willing to have negative equity added to another loan. Between the lack of communication, delays, difficulty reaching the service department, promises that were not fulfilled, and the way my complaint was handled, I have lost confidence in this dealership. I would not return to Antwerpen Hyundai, and I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience.

  Lilian and Eric were instrumental and helping me get a new car. They worked Through my credit issues and even had good conversation while we waited on the results. I drove away with my new car happy and in a great mood. They have the best customer service. I definitely recommend them

  I had a very disappointing experience with a representative from the sales team. The way he spoke and responded was incredibly arrogant and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I presented my numbers during the negotiation process, he actually smirked at me. This disrespectful behavior completely ruined the interaction and made me feel completely devalued. I expected a standard of professional courtesy and mutual respect that was severely lacking here.

  i bought from Ideal Hyundai at first because the exact car color and trim level was in the inventory i came over three hours away and had all paperwork done beforehand That day the car was ready and the finance and salesman could not have been more attentive great experience and this dealership could give a lesson or two to my actual hometown hyundai dealership thanks again for a great experience
