  I scheduled an appointment with Missy (Service Specialist) to have my 2 Palisade recalls (Campaign 283 (1st & 2nd Row Seat Belts replaced) and Campaign 292 (adding protective film to the Rear Quarter Glass windows) done at Ideal Hyundai dealership in Frederick, MD (about 40 minutes from my house) instead of a more local Hyundai dealership (due to issues I had with them earlier this year). So, I took my Palisade on the scheduled day and dropped it off. I called them mid-afternoon and George told me that my Palisade would be done within the hour. They successfully completed both recalls and my Palisade was ready upon my arrival an hour later. Both George and Missy were very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. My only complaint is that the film applied to the Rear Quarter Glass windows has bubbles. However, I was told that according to Hyundai they should dissipate within the next few weeks. Due to my success with this dealership, I will plan to take my Palisade to them again when needed. Both the Ideal Hyundai Dealership and its Service areas were very clean, organized, and the people are very nice to work with. I highly-recommend them.

  We just purchased a Tucson Hybrid from Ideal and the experience was fantastic. Kevin Castillo our salesman was extremely helpful and was able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. The entire staff at Ideal was fantastic. Ideal had the best price and they did everything they could to be sure we were happy with the car and deal they offered us. We have already recommended Ideal to friends and family.

  They guy at the parts counter, Kyle, was amazing. He took his time with us and gave us the very best options that included going with a slavage yard. But my husband's fear of bees and Kyle's concurrence kept us safe from that outdoor drama and is getting us the part we need tomorrow. We appreciate his support and friendliness. Thanks for taking care of us.
