  I had an amazing experience purchasing my car here all thanks to Neysi Madrid. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the entire process completely stress free. I never felt pressured, and she took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. If you are visiting Ideal Buick GMC definitely ask for her.

  Very disappointing experience. My vehicle was at the dealership for over a week, and I only received updates when I called. The service manager, Rob Mercier, assured me the problem was the ignition coil. I approved the repair, but it did not fix my vehicle. I had to pay to tow my car to another repair facility for a proper diagnosis. I also questioned the billing after speaking with my extended warranty company because the information I received from the dealership did not match what my warranty provider explained. This made me feel that I was being overcharged. Poor communication, an incorrect diagnosis, and a vehicle that was still not repaired. I would not recommend this service center.
