  Tire blew. No spare tire. Had purchased the expensive daily coverage for $25.95. However, when I called for roadside assistance they were ultra rude and told me they could not help me due to my date of birth being wrong. They then gave me the wrong phone number to call to get it fixed. Then I had to call them back. By this time I’ve just about wet myself because zi had been sitting on a bridge on I 95 coming out of downtown Baltimore. If I opened th driver side door my family would be making funeral arrangements. Because cars were flying by at Mach 5 speed. I called the local office and the confirmed that they put in my info wrong even though I presented them with my drivers license ID and my passport which bore my date of birth. I eventually got to Enterprise Road Side Assistance but they took so long to get there that I ended up leaving with the AAA service that I called so that I would not be standing on a bridge at Rush hour. Royally messed up my plans because I wanted a replacement vehicle but could not way any longer on the bridge that was swaying with the passage of so many vehicles at once. I took several videos. Getting the car was easy but navigating through a crisis - zero points. The state of Maryland also came out with AAA and said they I was in a critical position. I already knew that. I was given a refund for the rental . Not sure if the useless insurance was refunded. Even though the insurance was for an accident, symbolically it was a rip off because your customer service people gave me such a hard time about my birthday. An issue that I did not contribute to.

  We picked up a car near closing. The car was dirty, and Amber stayed after closing to clean the car for us before our trip. Just wanted to recognize Amber's amazing customer service and show our appreciation for her willingness to go above and beyond!

  When I initially made my enterprise reservation through insurance it for some reason recommended a mid size pickup truck such as a ford ranger or Nissan frontier as my reservation. I thought it would be cool to rent a pickup truck and could get some stuff done with it as well. Also it was just under the price for what my insurance allowed per day! When the enterprise agent arrived I noticed he brought something a little bigger, a chevy Silverado! I was actually excited because I have been thinking of buying a full size truck and wanted to live with one and see how it would be! The chevy Silverado was super nice and comfortable and even had the V8 engine! The enterprise agent saw I wanted a mid size truck on the reservation and even discounted the price down to what the mid size truck would be so that I would be under budget for what insurance allowed and not have to pay any difference! I enjoyed having the Silverado as my rental for a few weeks, thanks!
