  Reserved a reservation for an 8 passenger vehicle for a week. Called twice and was assured that a vehicle would be available both times. Two days before the pickup date they called me and said that there would not be an available option of any kind for 8 passengers due to other bookings. Wish they had told me that when I called the week before because at that late date I had to scramble to schedule an Uber to pick up my daughter and 5 nieces and their luggage from the train station. Also left with no way to transport all of us during their visit. Very frustrating

  Quick and easy check out via the day before prompt on the app. Very friendly and professional service. My car was next to the entrance as I arrived. Enterprise has been my second car for as long as I can remember. They're always there when I need them.

  Staff were amazing! The vehicle exceeded my expectations. Overall great experience and will definitely be using enterprise again.

  Tire blew. No spare tire. Had purchased the expensive daily coverage for $25.95. However, when I called for roadside assistance they were ultra rude and told me they could not help me due to my date of birth being wrong. They then gave me the wrong phone number to call to get it fixed. Then I had to call them back. By this time I’ve just about wet myself because zi had been sitting on a bridge on I 95 coming out of downtown Baltimore. If I opened th driver side door my family would be making funeral arrangements. Because cars were flying by at Mach 5 speed. I called the local office and the confirmed that they put in my info wrong even though I presented them with my drivers license ID and my passport which bore my date of birth. I eventually got to Enterprise Road Side Assistance but they took so long to get there that I ended up leaving with the AAA service that I called so that I would not be standing on a bridge at Rush hour. Royally messed up my plans because I wanted a replacement vehicle but could not way any longer on the bridge that was swaying with the passage of so many vehicles at once. I took several videos. Getting the car was easy but navigating through a crisis - zero points. The state of Maryland also came out with AAA and said they I was in a critical position. I already knew that. I was given a refund for the rental . Not sure if the useless insurance was refunded. Even though the insurance was for an accident, symbolically it was a rip off because your customer service people gave me such a hard time about my birthday. An issue that I did not contribute to.
