My goto shop for vehicle maintenance and repair. Reasonable prices. Work gets done correctly the first time. Have used them for both my pickup and a sedan. Staff does a great job expanding any issues with the vehicle - important for my old pickup.

I hate leaving bad reviews but man dynamic automotive has gone down hill so much within these last 2 years. It’s so sad to see the place I’ve taken my vehicle to for so long go down hill but they are scamming people they aren’t calling telling customers what’s going on or giving prices or telling you when you’re vehicle is done. You drop your vehicle off and it sits outside for days. Last your vehicle will come out no matter what in worse shape… please people don’t be stupid like me and go find a different place. Unfortunately it sucks seeing a good place go downhill like this.

I brought my wife's car in after her engine shield came loose and started dragging on the ground while she was driving. While it is not a difficult fix, I was able to call them, bring the car over, and get it taken care of in about and hour. The team was very kind, helpful and efficient and their service made me want to use them again in the future.

I took my sport car to get a basic oil change. the Urbana location was great one time I broke down near them so figured, it will be the same and I was happy to have a shop close by my house but this location disappointed me. I normally do the oil change myself but too busy this year I don’t drive it often, it’s parked most of the time. So I took it for a basic oil change. Got it done all good. I drove it home and parked it, and I went on a work trip, as I’m pulling away from the driveway, I noticed a plastic hanging from the bottom of the car. Oh great, they forgot to put in the plastic clips for the bottom engine cover. No big deal, I’ll fix it. I came back from my trip, I got under it and put on the clips that holds the under carriage plastic engine cover. 3 months later, nice weather, I decided to drive it for a nice 70 miles weekend cruise. Went home and parked it in the driveway, the next weekend, I decide to drive it again, as I’m pulling out, I see a heavy oil stain on the driveway and oil light engine on. Since I’m crazy busy, I called them trying to bring it in as I have another work trip coming up and I wanted to know their availability, I explained what I said before and I get grief about the car. Anyways, I decided to just forget it and I’ll look at it myself. So, missed clips, no washer on the oil plug and the oil plug/screw it’s almost out! Obviously not tighten to specs, and NO washer. I’m glad the screw plug didn’t flew out or completely came out but I did lose all the engine oil. They lost a customer today. I never write these reviews but I’m upset about it.
