  Dynamic Automotive was a great experience from start to finish. When my A/C went out, I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and also completed an inspection, explaining what items were most urgent without any pressure. My A/C is working great now, and from the time I dropped my car off until I got it back, the entire process took only about a day and a half. The staff was professional, communicative, and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Automotive to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!

  We were traveling from Massachusetts to Florida when we had a tire blow out on Rt 15. Found Dynamic Automotive on Google. What a blessing finding this auto repair shop! Everyone was amazing and went out of there way to make sure we got back on the road safe and fast.

  I was originally charged $200 to look at what work needed to be done. I did not approve of it and was not aware of the charge until after. But John reached out and offered a refund due to the fact that I did not prove a pre-authorization. Really appreciate John/Dynamic taking customers feedback into consideration and making it right. Really shows that they are a solid business. Errors are always going to be made, it’s how people respond that matters! Quote that was provided was pretty high due to them using genuine Subaru parts. But I don’t believe all the work quoted was really necessary, I’ve driven 10,000+ miles and had an emissions test that passed.

  Extremely unprofessional customer service. I called the front desk with a simple question, and the woman who answered abruptly hung up on me without a word. No explanation, no attempt to help, nothing. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. If this is how customers are treated, it reflects very poorly on the business. Basic courtesy should be the minimum expectation when dealing with the public. Based on this experience, I would think twice before recommending this place to anyone.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk. I called with a question, and the woman who answered hung up on me without saying anything or giving me a chance to finish the conversation. It came across as rude and unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful and courteous, even during busy times. I hope management addresses this so other customers don't have the same experience.
