  I had a weird issue with my driver side headlight. Usually I go to AAA but the closed down and I rather not drive to Rockville for auto repairs. My neighbor recommended them and these guys are awesome. Great customer service and very efficient.

  My 2018 Chevy Silverado overheated and the Stability track had my system locked out in limp mode. Towed to their shop. First meet with the manager was not a pleasant one. He was very rude and sarcastic, telling me my ladders need to get off the truck and unhooked the trailer in a very rude manner.. They had my truck in there for a couple hours and could not figure it out. At the end of the day, the mechanic was talking to me and I told him that I’ve taken a few fuses out and put them back in and he asked if I was sure I’d put all the fuses in the right place. The next morning, I showed up to get tools off my truck and double check that I put the fuses in the right place. The manager comes out very sarcastically with an attitude and tells me to get my hands off my truck.. Excuse me, I replied to my truck and I’m checking to make sure the fuses are in the right place like your mechanic asked me. He stood there and actually got nasty with me telling me I had massive problems and was gonna cost thousands of dollars to fix it" Then he sarcastically told me just take the truck and fix it yourself ha ha ha. The manager is out of control in this business where they could’ve made money off of me. I took my truck to Fitzgerald’s.. Fitzgerald found the overflow bottle was cracked and that’s where my leak was causing it to overheat. They replaced the bottle filled the system with coolant ran the system to the computer since everything was OK and allowed the technician to reset all the codes. That truck drives fine now, but according to buzzards it was going to be thousands and thousands of dollars to fix. $590 later, Fitzgerald’s got me on the road with a pleasant attitude and a thank you for my business none of which I got from buzzards. You know the messed up part is I drove for A&D towing for years and the owner Barry and other individuals at buzzards were always pleasant. I don’t know where they got this guy from, but they need to get rid of him. he’s adopted the attitude that people are dependent on him not understanding the businesses dependent on the customer. I’ll definitely make sure to let everybody know how Barry‘s business treated me at the next AAA meeting that I attend with Alan.
