I needed an air filter for my car, but neither I nor the employee knew what "S" or "SE" meant on her screen, when she pulled up my year and make and model, and I knew nothing about the engine questions. I told her the car I needed it for was sitting right outside, but she made no effort to help me or ask someone else to. I left and went to Advanced Auto on Crestwood, where their helpful employee took a picture of my license plate, pulled up my car on his computer, and I walked out with the correct air filter in under one minute. What a difference in customer service!

Came in the store last night about 7:30 looking to buy a battery for my car. Not sure his name, but the guy at the counter was the most unprofessional employee I have ever ran across. The first thing out of his mouth was “just to let you know, we are not installing any batteries this evening”. Ok that’s fine. But I don’t ask to have a battery installed. I asked if your store had one for my vehicle. He refused to answer any questions I had, and his only concern was him not doing any more work and getting me out of the store as soon as possible. The result of this “service employee” interaction…… I drove across the street to Advanced Auto, was met with the most professional team, and I bought my $250 battery from them. This Autozone has Terrible customer service and a lazy employee at the counter. If I knew the guys name, I would Call him out by name. But I don’t.

I came in because my car battery needed jumped and tested. Cory helped me every step of the way and made sure I understood the whole process. I needed a new battery for my key fob as well, and he generously replaced it for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service or better help with my car troubles. Shout out Cory for the amazing service!!
