  I received a car that was dirty inside and outside. There was a sizable dent in the driver side of the car. At a family event while I had the car, my cousin's daughter, who's an Enterprise employee, said that the representative never should have rented me a car with a sizable dent. I will be filling a formal complaint.

  This car rental company was an absolute lifesaver! I had reserved a vehicle with Enterprise’s competitor four months in advance, only to be told on the day of my trip that my vehicle wasn’t available. There were no other vehicles available anywhere, and my family vacation was suddenly at risk. Thankfully, Enterprise had one vehicle that could accommodate my entire family. Even though it was in a higher price range than the vehicle I originally reserved, the team showed incredible compassion and worked with me to make it affordable. Because of their kindness and outstanding customer service, my family’s vacation was able to happen. I am beyond grateful for everything they did. They truly went above and beyond when they didn’t have to, and I’ll never forget it. I hope they continue extending that same level of care to others because it made all the difference for my family. Thank you so much! You have earned a loyal customer, and you will always be my first choice for car rentals from this day forward.

  The staff at pick up and return were extremely friendly and provided impeccable customer service!!!! This Ft. Washington location is my go to whenever I need a rental. Keep up the great work!!!

  Wanted to express our appreciation to Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ft. Washington and especially Cavon Walker for the excellent customer service over Memorial Day weekend! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and moved everything along quickly without making us feel rushed. It was stress-free because of how smooth he made the rental process. Good customer service really goes a long way, and Cavon definitely made a lasting impression. We believe good customer service deserves to be recognized.Thank you again from the Cunningham's we will be back.
