  Best part of the experience was honesty. First time and was looking for a local family owned service center. I found it and was very happy with service, cost and great mechanics.

  Nelson’s was fantastic. I needed my car fixed in a hurry and they got me in the next day and had it finished by 3 PM. Had bad firing in a cylinder and they were able to order the part and get it in by lunchtime and install everything perfectly. Price was very reasonable as well. Plan on using them going forward and would 100% recommend. Also, Steve was fantastic keeping me updated throughout the day with everything that was going on, how long it was gonna possibly take and give me a great idea of price as the process went on.

  My experience at this shop was a mixed bag. On the one hand, they were able to schedule my oil change quickly, and the staff was friendly. On the other hand, I was taken aback by the prices they quoted me for a couple of simple replacements. Replacing the engine filter, which I had already purchased, would have cost me $27. The cabin filter replacement was even more expensive, with a labor cost of over $30. As a DIY-savvy person, I know I can do these replacements in no time, which made the prices even more disappointing. I won't be going back to this shop.

  Nelsons is my one stop Shop. Steve and Joe are professionals. They do what they say they are going to do. Skilled professionals of the highest order. Very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Nelsons!
