  Had a leaky tire due to a bad patch. I was in and out in 20 minutes without an appointment. The staff was friendly and courteous. My wife and I have always had excellent service at this location.

  I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Tire in Fallston. The team truly went above and beyond to take care of me, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish. They offered, without a doubt, the best price I found and completed the work faster than I expected. It is rare to find a business that delivers great value, excellent customer service, and fast turnaround all at once, but this location did exactly that. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable tire or automotive service.

  Very disappointing experience. I brought my car in around 11 AM after popping a tire and was initially quoted about $250 for a tire change and wheel alignment with an estimated completion time of 2 PM. About an hour later, I was called and told the total would actually be $382, which I agreed to because I needed my car repaired. After hearing nothing by 4 PM, I had to call the shop myself just to find out the tire was being brought from another store. I called again around 6 PM and no one answered. I drove over around 6:40 PM only to find the shop closed and my car sitting outside. No one ever called to tell me it was ready or that I’d have to leave it overnight. Because of the lack of communication, I missed my curfew, had to get a friend who lives 30 minutes away to drive me home, and couldn’t pick up my car until the next day. When I asked if there was any discount for the inconvenience, I was told they could RAISE the price but couldn’t lower it. I was baffled, paid, and left. Delays happen, but the complete lack of communication and poor customer service made this a terrible experience.
