    from start to finish, the staff at this enterprise was top notch, friendly and helpful. easily rented a honda odyssey in excellent condition with all the bells and whistles. drove to the deep south and dropped back off at memphis international enterprise branch. no issues whatsoever. will definitely use enterprise again!

    Not impressed. Rented at Enterprise in MA, dropped off here. Was told everything looked good but later on received a refueling fee. I literally went to WaWa right next door filled the tank back EXACT level as when picked up and had photos. Was told I needed to get the fee removed via the MA location. Spoke to management at both locations, no resolution still 3 months later. They admitted their mistake but didn’t take responsibility by brushing me off to their “Area Managers” whom do not return calls. Don’t tell me everything looks good then sneak a bogus fee in there. If you’re going to rent here or any Enterprise get a print out and check it before leaving. 2 stars for the old dirty Mitsubishi that made the 8 hour trip without incidence.
