I always have an outstanding experience working with Joe, the Manager at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car Fallston location. Joe is extremely dependable, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. From the moment I arrive, he goes above and beyond to ensure the rental process is smooth, efficient, and stress-free. What impresses me most is Joe's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. He always takes the time to answer my questions, provide clear information, and make sure all my needs are met. His friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help reflect exceptional leadership and outstanding customer service. It's rare to find a manager who truly cares about creating a positive experience for every customer, but Joe consistently delivers. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence are the reasons I continue to choose the Fallston Enterprise location. Thank you, Joe, for setting the standard for exceptional customer service. You are a tremendous asset to Enterprise, and your efforts are greatly appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Strange smell, like sewage or portable toilet. The car smells the same way. Hope they fix it soon.

Good service, but expensive. They had no economy cars available, so we had to get a more expensive rental.
