  I came in to get a tire replacement for a tire that blew out on my way home the night before. My car was taken in as soon as I chose a new tire and I believe in 30 minutes I was back on the road! Thank you George for a great job. I feel safe again.

  I was totally impressed with the new Mgr Ken. I went in for 4 new tires that he recommended Cooper Endeaver + P175/60R20 for my Dodge truck. I was estatic about how they look and perform and very appreciative to Connor and the other fellow that did such a great job putting them on my truck. They were 100% professional. They went out of their way and did a fantastic job and it is much appreciated!

  terrible service at the back river neck location , tire wasn’t repaired or rotated (what we paid for) took to another RELIABLE tire shop and they were shocked with the results of what we paid for. Needless to say we will never be back , and will let everyone know how terrible service this was.

  My husband took his truck here to get his tired changed. When they were working on it the muffler came loose. They didn’t tell us when we picked it up. He took it back to ask if they could please fix it sometime today. They were extremely rude and said that it was his fault it came loose. He didn’t tighten it enough. That is entirely possible but the fact is they shook it loose. That muffler was on his truck for a year before this happened. They didn’t tell us. Then they refused to fix it which is tightening 2 or 3 bolts. They said that he could fix it but they weren’t going to. Talk about terrible customer service. The absolute least you could have done was tell us up front what happened. Will not be going back. Learn to talk to your customers better and when you mess something up on their car at least let them know about it. Insane.
