- SSsamantha schafferSep 26, 20265.0My name is Nancy schaffer I had reservations to pick up a rental car from this place because our car was badly damaged from a accident and let me first off say they went above and beyond they met us at the caliber collision center to pick us up then they took us to Enterprise to get our rental we had the car slightly over 2 weeks and it was perfect it ran perfect we also followed all rules, no smoking in car we also vacuumed the car before we brought it back because we went to the beach and a little sand got in the front on the floor a little from our feet after we vacuumed we wiped down the inside with car wipes we also filled the gas tank up to full tank! We returned the car back exactly how it was given to us! Thank you again for everything I did feel bad because I didn't have another driver that could drive the car so I got permission to leave car and keys at the collision center and you guys went and picked up the car im sorry if I had another driver with a license I would've returned the car and keys directly to you guys!! But I'm so greatful you guys was okay with me leaving car & key at collision center thank you for everything!! You guys give excellent customer service! & Glad you guys got the car back! I'm so greatful we had the rental during this time! Thank you again Nancy schaffer
