    The staffers are professional, courteous and friendly. A staffer check the car upon my return and gave me items I left behind. I truly appreciate the honesty he showed. Thanks for a great customer experience as I will surely use this location for my future rental needs!

    Justin Hann went above and beyond to helps us adjust our change in driver’s need due to a change in plans. There were 11 people in the waiting area which he supported in minutes then spent 20+ minutes supporting my business partner and I. I appreciated his wonderful customer service, patience and persistence to resolve our need very much. Enterprise should identify him as a role model to others and recognize his efforts. I will always choose Enterprise because of this customer service! 6 stars and 4 thumbs up!!!

    I come in with a reservation for a compact and I’m downgraded to economy and a walk in comes in right behind me looking for a compact and they are upgraded! In addition to that the manager checks me in and leaves me sitting in the waiting area and the staff said I don’t know why he checked you in and left you sitting all this time. I said I figured the car was not ready he says no it’s ready and sitting on the side of the building. Horrible service will never come back to this location.
