  The customer service was trash i waited in line for break pads no big deal I can wait in like but how is it there is 6 people in there and they got what I assume is the new guy I think his name was Ian I only assume he's new bc the rest of these rude people look mad bc they need another cigarette break if i didn't have a gift card I wouldn't of come here spent 1 hour and 15 ish mins just getting break pads until the young man Ian helped me out btw the whole time I was in there I seen 3 of the workers go smoke 3 cigarette in the time I was there every 20 mins outside for another one and that guy answering the phone he has no teeth screaming he's gonna kill him self bc the damn print wasn't working unbelievable unbelievable go down the street to advance auto parts way nicer and the store doesn't smell like piss and another thing why is the store not organized at all you gotta dig through a pile to find your oil filter just lame yall lame shout out Ian tho young man keep it up with that great attitude you're gonna make it far honestly Ian you are too good for autozone

  With how rare it has become to have a true 5 star experience it’s important to share when you experience one. I was experiencing an issue with my vehicle and the staff here went above and beyond to help me solve it though it was outside of the scope of their responsibility. Very grateful for their willingness to go the extra mile
