  Made an appt and was clear about what needed to be done and they assured me it would be done tonight, no issues. Went there and they were surprised to see me and couldn’t fix it. They use a call center that isn’t well informed.

  Receptionist tried to upsell me on two new tires. I have 2012 Nissan rogue one left back tire plugged on Fri but was still losing air. On Sat took to Mr tire...open on July 4. technician took and decided the nail that got plugged didn't take. But no one offered to take off and put spare on, so I informed less than helpful receptionist who tried to sell me two new tires that I didn't need two. But she said my tires would be off balance if I didn't get two???. Standard size tires Firestone...per Old Town Motors...no reason not available to buy one for damaged tire. So I took and went back to Old Town today and he will order a tire. He said felt like they were not trying to help me but rip me off.. So don't recommend this particular site

  Drove 40 minutes to come here made an appointment got there at 4:10 guy comes out and tells me he didn’t get an appointment here when it clearly says on the email. I have an appointment. Don’t know who’s working for the company, but he’s a clown refuse in business an hour before closing

  Went specifically to this Mr. T because I learned from the employees at another Mr. T that this one had a better diagnostician. Car was due for oil change by mileage, but dash didn’t indicate anything until one morning when a decent number of dash lights came on. Eventually, the oil temp light also came on. Went straight to the Mr. T with diagnostician. They did an oil change, but didn’t do the (what I thought was an) included tire rotation. Diagnostics made them suspect oil pressure. When I got the car back, dash lights were reset, but when I drove up a hill they came back on. Called them back and they recommended I take it to a transmission specialist, like AAMCO. So sadly paid $250 for an oil change and referral.

  I was overcharged for an oil change and there was an attempt to sell unneeded services. I paid 70 dollars for an oil change that was advertised at 50. I called, left a message with the 800 no. and emailed them, but there has been no response.
