  I came to use my tire coverage that I purchased with when I bought new tires and I was told that I had a to pay for a new tire when one of my tires had a slow leak and I had coverage. I had asked for a copy of my road hazard coverage so I know what is covered and what isn’t, the manager she tells me that there isn’t any description or paperwork that shows any fine print. How does someone pay for coverage but you don’t have a copy of the fine print. NTB would never have gave me this problem and I would’ve received a new tire at no cost or some type of incentive for obtaining the coverage. This is flat out illegal and I want an answer from corporate immediately.

  I have liked this location until recently. Fred has been very frustrated and aggravated with customers. I had alignment done on my car and the steering wheel was not centered and so while waiting to take the car in, I had TPMS light come on with low tire pressure. So, took the car in and when I brought up the crooked steering wheel after the alignment, Fred got all defensive and took the car in for the air leak and brought it out stating he had filled air and all was okay. Now, the tire has gotten low again 2 days later and I looked at it by rolling the tire back and forth and there is a nail in it which he should have removed and patched. I just called the store and Fred obviously picked up the phone and became all flustered when I told him that there is a clear nail in the tire that she should have taken out and patched. He continuously kept saying that he was by himself at the store and can't do anything about it. Fred is clearly overworked as his temper and frustration is overflowing and the ownership (seems to be family owned) needs to hire help to keep this store running. To his defense, Fred and this location has been extremely honest and that's why I have been going back to them. From now on, I am going to skip dealing with Fred and this Mr. Tire location.

  I was in a desperate situation as my car got an unexpected flat tire due to a puncture in the tire. I drove slowly and arrived at the Mr. Tire on route 40 in Ellicott City, MD. I was greeted by Michelle who was standing behind the counter. She was very polite. I explained that I was on my way to Pennsylvania and had a time constraint. She quickly reviewed tires along with pricing. She looked at her tech schedule and stated that she could get me in for a tire change in between 90 minutes up to as long as 2 hours. I asked Michelle if there was anything she could do to get my tire change done sooner? She said she would check with her technicians and would be right back. She came back and said that they could get me out in 1 hour. I was so relieved and decided to get my tire changed. I ended up getting 2 tires replaced as suggested by Michele. What is amazing about the service of Mr. Tire and the efforts by the technician who changed 2 tires for me, was that he/she replaced both tires in 35 minutes!!! I was back on the road in 40 minutes!! What Michele and the team did for me was astounding! Michele Welsh, kudos to you and your team at Mr.Tire!!
