  Now I know why this place is empty. I went in just to fix a flat tire, and they tried to charge me $450 for a full replacement. I went to another shop nearby (Bumble Auto Service Center) which was packed with customers. I had to wait 40 minutes, but it was worth it to get the patch done right. Business only thrives when you are honest with your customers. I am never going back to Mr. Tire in Ellicott City again.

  On 5/7/26 I took my car to the Mr. Tire at Ellicott City for having a flat tire by a screw inside. The sale rep recommended to change all my tires the new ones "cooper tires" because of finding cracks in all 4 instead of patching the damaged one. I agreed and paid fully based on the price and the speed of the service that I got my car back in few hrs. Now it's not even a week later that date yet, when last night when I was driving back home, I saw the light in the car wa on saying loss of pressure on the right tire!!! I'm a busy person and inflated my tire today morning instead of taking my car back to the shop. But I will do it very soon. Because this shouldn't have happened this soon after what I was recommended to. I'm very disappointed and disheartened by all of this.

  Took my brother’s 2016 Elantra in because the front tires were completely worn out. The team here was super friendly—Jeff in particular was great to work with. Service was quick too—about 30 minutes from drop-off while we grabbed food next door. No pressure, no upselling, just straightforward help. Overall, really smooth experience. Would definitely come back.

  Horrible service, had a flat tire while driving down the road just thought it would be convenient to drive to Mr Tire and was told they can't fix it because they are fully booked, I was trying to just get a tire plug, I was literally at the parking lot and had to call a tow truck to take my car to a different service center. Down the street. Will take my business elsewhere any day anytime
