  Brought my car to this location and had the worst experience possible . Brought it in for a tire because I had a nail in it and was taking a gamble with every ride until I could get it serviced . I called in and a lady answered that directed me to another lady who is a service writer at this location . I asked about a tire replacement and she told me my car only takes one type of tire and size for the EV I have . Me being new to owning an EV I believed her but I wanted to clarify so I asked by the end of scheduling that what she is telling me is I only have one very expensive option ?! she said yes or they could not replace it at all and it would have to be ordered . Come to find out she was lying and sold me the MOST expensive tire possible which ran me 430.00 dollars without road hazard coverage for just 1 tire . Highly pissed off and do not recommend these people solely based on her service alone . She clearly cares more about lining her pockets and is willing to lie about what can and can't be done to do so. And to make matters worse I called back to speak with management , left my name and number and got no call back as it's been over a week ago.

  Mr. Tire is the worst possible place to go. They lack any expertise in tires or vehicles. Managers are ill trained, corporate will stone wall you into asking for same documents over and over again till you fall out of the warranty period. There is a reason there is high turn over at Mr. Tire. The District manager is equally incompetent. This is the Jiffylube of tire industry. BTW the Store Manager Jeff May is a great person though. He helped me as much as he could. Watch Monro the parent company copy and paste their BS note below.

  This team overfilled the oil in my vehicle. I picked it up late in the day and they said the tech didn’t have time to resolve it. I went back the next morning and there was no tech that day. So I had to drive my vehicle with the warning flashing another location, they drained and measured the oil inside and it was 9.5 liters - the max for this vehicle is 8 L. I do not recommend this shop.

  There is no worse start to your day than to pull up at the shop and see your service van sitting there with a completely flat tire. I was able to baby it down to Mr. Tire where a wonderful, amazing and very kind tech named Jeff jumped in and absolutely saved my entire day! I explained that I was scheduled to be somewhere at 11 (giving him about an hour or so window) and said that if I had to I would come back. He said “no problem” hopped out from behind the desk and next thing I know here’s my van with a brand new tire all set and ready to go with time to spare. He did all the work himself to get me back on track for my day and I cannot express enough how much I truly appreciate that! Wonderful service and wonderful people, thank you so much Jeff and Mr. Tire!

  Go to Firestone. The prices here are outrageous. They were supposed to call back with a price estimate for a simple tire patch but never did (otherwise I wouldn't have brought it there in the first place). I figured a patch couldn't be too bad. I was wrong. Thankfully I made it to Firestone which was half the price and they got to it right away.
