Final review pending* Rental dates: September 9, 2026 - pending Facility: The inside of the establishment is clean and organized. There are about 4-6 chairs to accommodate customers. I've never had any issues with acquiring a seat, the few times I visited. Selection of cars: The initial vehicle I was placed in was clean and didn't have too many physical abrasions or damage. It was a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The second vehicle I was placed in was a 2026 Chevrolet Equinox. Since it's new, there were no visible signs of damage. My third and current vehicle they provided me is a 2025 Toyota Corolla. To be honest, I assumed it was older until I reviewed my paperwork. This car has several signs of damage around the surface. Interior is ok but has a mild odor. The Toyota is their economy car. Staff: I've mostly had interactions with two staff members throughout this rental journey. Kaden is the management trainee that got me into my first vehicle and closed out the second, after my car insurance reservation. I did the walk around with him to point out if there were any damages or problems with the vehicle. He was always friendly. Dylan is the branch manager that I've had the most interaction with. He assisted me with clarifying my car insurance's reservation and he tended to a problem I had with the first vehicle they issued me. I'll explain in the "problems" section. Overall, the staff was very friendly. Problems: I won't go into detail about the issue I had with my first vehicle since Dylan later addressed my concern, however, I highly recommend this location to start answering their phones in case issues arise like it did in my case. Otherwise, they may end up with towed vehicles due to their negligence. This is the reason for my lower star rating. *I'll update my review after I drop off the Toyota Corolla. The star rating is susceptible of going up or down depending on my final experience.

I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental in Ellicott City MD. Friendly service by the Dylan & Alena that met my car needs for the weekend and exceeded my expectations.
