  The staff and the manager are always so friendly. I am always in and out fast. I will continue to rent vehicles from this location. I have always had a good experience.

  The manager works remotely and there is so much mismanagement unlike other branches where the phone receiver is actually on-site and manages the vehicles per make and model (not by class). The manager is very disrespectful as well and would purposely not accept calls and that is why there are many reviews that talks about not accepting calls. His disrespectful decisions spills over to the workers on-site as they have to listen to their manager. If you are a regular and you rent your usual car, you would be fine as this place doesn't have a lot of customers, but if you want to rent a specific car, there is a big chance you wouldn't get your car at the right time just like many reviews here say. Whatever they say on the phone, don't trust them. This branch at Ellicott City is terrible, and there are other branches that are way more friendly and honest. Go to a branch that has a manager on-site who knows the exact time and exact cars that go in and out of their lot. You can easily tell because they would answer calls immediately and have knowledge over everything the closer it is to the date of your rent. It's supposed to be this way but this manager is so lazy. I did fail to rent my full size SUV for 7 people which I needed for 7 of us. So don't go here. It will be your loss for trying.
