  We bought a car here and didn't receive the registration for two months. The communication has been terrible—they completely ignored my emails unless I called multiple times and begged for updates. Avoid Rasheed Clark at this Ellicott City, MD branch at all costs! To make matters worse, when I asked for the regional manager's contact info, they refused to share it. Bunch of incompetent sales team!

  Everyone at Enterprise Car Sales starting with Rosalyn, including Rasheed, Seley and others are an amazing team. Rosalyn contacted me just days after my car was totaled. She asked if I needed help finding a car and she truly did help me. It was a scary situation for me. I felt like a fish out of water. Rosalyn must have seen my distress because she met me with a hello and a hug. I was introduced to Rasheed and later Siley. Rosalyn and the team were determined to find the car I was looking for. Even though the exact car no longer exists. They were committed to find the car as close to my request as possible. And they did. For me, the wait was long and I was anxious. But they were determined to succeed. They kept me updated with phone calls, text messages and emails. I appreciate the way they work together as a team. It seemed that everyone knew me and was working on my behalf. They answered all my questions and took time to explain and repeat with professional kindness. I can say they do more than sell cars they care for people. I will say that I appreciate their persistence. They found a car for me and presented it to me covered with a big shiny green bow. I can only hope my car performs as well as the Enterprise Sales Team. I send a heartfelt Thank You along with my blessing to the Enterprise Car Sales Team

  Having my Jeep for 11 years, it was hard to let go. Justin worked with me & my family via email for WEEKS, offering options without pushing for a decision. Once we finally were ready to move forward, the process was seamless, easy, and clear. First time purchasing a car without paying in full, but Justin, Sulley(Sally? Tori’s brother!), and Rasheed provided me with the best available options, no tricks, and no confusing explanations. Rasheed was even able to help get my car ready for registration in VA, without having to go to the DMV myself! I felt as though Justin guided me through this process as if I was a family member of his; The transparency and genuine desire to help were evident throughout the entire process, and a level of sincerity I have never experienced anywhere else. Although my next car purchase or trade will not be for another decade, I hope to work again with this entire team. THANK YOU: Justin, Tori’s Brother, and Rasheed!

  I had a good experience at Enterprise car dealership. All of the Staff members were very Attentive and friendly. They made my purchase feel very personable. I will highly recommend Enterprise Car Dealership (Ellicott City) To anyone that would like good car care service
