  Reservation done online, received a personal confirmation call. Upon arrival the next day to pick up, the rental was ready for me. Super effective and efficient. I was able to return same day after hours. This was an effortless process. Great team!

  While our car was in the shop I reserved a large SUV since that is what I paid for through my car insurance policy. They did not have one available so we were put in an Audi Q3. It was a decent vehicle but a far cry from the 8 seat Hyundai Palisades I was without. After the weekend we called and asked about a bigger vehicle and they happened to have Jeep Wagoneer. We switched out for that vehicle and that was a wonderful car large and plenty of room just like ours. The customer service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The only thing that lacked was both vehicles were washed just before we got them and the cleanliness lacked inside and out. Not that big of a deal overall. The customer service made up for that. I would definitely use them again.

  this is my third renting from this location and the last. Every time I have rented well in and advance and each time they have not had the car available. do you think i was offered an upgrade? not once! just drove by their lot full of cars tonight, while they got me riding in this hoopty. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewere.

  Had a van rental for a month for a short tour. The day of when I went to pick it up they told me all of their vans were recalled. Never once tried to accommodate with anything else of any similar size, make, model, anything. 👎👎👎

  I have rented vans for our church for a couple months now. Walk in today and they have to have a physical card present for the transaction. Haven’t needed one at all over the last 2-3 times we have rented it and now today they need one. So needless to say I have to out this rental on my own personal card now since I can’t actually get a physical card here in time. Can’t say I’d recommend Enterprise for anything. They won’t be getting anymore business from our church or myself. I’ll go to Hertz from here on out.
