    My go to spot for tint, PPF, and wraps. These guys will make sure you’re satisfied and at a more than reasonable price. Look no further if you need any of their services done. Super happy with how my 2018 BMW X5M came out!

    Best in the business. Supreme customer service. Whatever your vision, BWI Motorsports can make it happen. 10 stars! Will definitely return for future work. I went with the Satin Black Wrap with ceramic coating. Satin Rims with gold calipers. Chrome Delete and tints all around!

    I am a second time customer of BWI Motorsports. In 2022, I brought my BMW 5 series to this establishment for window tinting and the service was stellar. The tints were to perfection and the customer service from the owner Kai was phenomenal. Since my experience was so positive, I decided that I would return in the future to support this business if I purchased another vehicle. Though I live out of the area and the distance is a bit far from my home, it was important for me to return especially because my experience was great. I made another vehicle purchase three weeks ago, a BMW 7 series. I was very excited to return to BWI Motorsports and called to schedule my appointment which was handled by Kai. My appointment for “carbon tints” was booked for 4/1/23 at 9am. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at 8:45am to ensure I was on time and waited for staff to arrive to let me in which was around 9:15am with Kai arriving first. I waited patiently for his arrival, assuming he may have been running late due to the heavy rain. Kai arrived and checked me in to begin work on my car. About 2 hours later, my car was done, I paid, and was on my way out the door with plans to schedule a third appointment to get my calipers and trims painted. As I was leaving Kai verbalized the standard instructions to not roll my windows down for about 7 days or so which I adhered to. When I got home later that day, I pulled into my garage and turned on my lights to show my family my tints. To my surprise, there were very large bubbles, some the size of an 8x10 sheet of paper, on my driver’s side and passenger side rear windows and the rear windshield. Additionally, there were tiny bubbles all over all the windows. I called BWI Motorsport to try to reach a staff member and advise of the issue but no one answered so I left a voicemail. I never received a call back and waited until Tuesday but no call back so I called. I was hoping that by then the appearance of the tint issues would have dissolved but it did not. I called the shop and Kai answered. I explained the issues to him and he responded saying “oh you have bubbles because it’s ceramic tint!”. A bit confused, I advised that I did not get ceramic tint and he said “Uh I gave it to you anyway since you are a repeat customer “. A bit perplexed, I advised that the tint did not appear ceramic but just proceeded to see how the issues could be resolved. Kai asked me when I could come in and I told him I could come mid week because I would be traveling the next week. He told me to text him photos of the issues and that he would review, call me back, and get me scheduled. I did advise that is was difficult to capture all of the issues via phone or video because of the glares but told him I would send what I could gather legibly. I sent the photos and video. I waited several days, no call back, no response, nothing. I proceed to travel towards the end of the week as planned. Following my return, I called Kai on 4/10/23 to see if he was able to review my photos since I never received a follow up. He apologized for not communicating and told me to come in 4/15@9:30am. Though far, I traveled the distance, yet again to bring my car in. I walked into the waiting area at 9:30am and waited about 5 minutes for a staff member to come to the front as I didn’t not see anyone. I assumed staff were in the back. A gentleman came forward and greeted me. He was very polite and I informed him that I had an appointment with Kai to get my tints repaired. He responded to me and told me “Oh Kai ain’t here. He took a friend to the airport”. I was a bit confused because Kai told me to come in at 9:30 and that he would fix my tints since he installed them. I reiterated that to the gentleman and he called Kai to let him know I was there. I later called Kai in my car and expressed my frustrations. He told me “you could have stayed”. He did text me to return after the call but I didn’t respond. I will not be a retuning customer. I do wish the establishment well and hope this experience will not be repeated.
