- TTTiaMay 6, 20261.0Please do not come here as a single female. They will take advantage of your pockets. Was told one price on the phone and another when I got there. A representative tried to gaslight me in my last review saying I got the locations mixed up and I did not. I know I called Jiffy Lube Sykesville and received pricing over the phone and was told to ask for Andrew. Andrew was definitely at the Sykesville location upon my arrival. Try that lie with someone else.

Brought my own oil and filter, still charged full service fee and they refused to give me the oil and filter they charged me for (not sure how this is fair or legal). Secondly, they added air to the front tires but removed air from the rear, ended up with more air in the front tires than the rear (basically opposite of recommended manufacturer specs) - didn't even ask for this complimentary service. Just had my tires balanced and rotated, but was told by technician that having incorrect air in the tires was okay. Next, I was told they put in 8 quarts, but how could they if 2.5 quarts was still leftover (provided 10 quarts total in two 5 quart containers)? Lastly, they couldn't even reset the oil replacement indicator (easiest part). Attention to detail and a sense of ownership seems to be an issue at this location, wouldn't recommend bringing your vehicle here...not even in an emergency! Plus paying $100 for this service, what a joke! Wish I could get my money back!
