  Great customer service, nice selection of vehicles, very friendly, helpful, and rental process is quick & easy. Noel and Kevin were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. A special thank you too them both. I highly recommend this Enterprise location. Keep up the good work.

  ⭐ 1 STAR – COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I will NEVER recommend this Enterprise location after the way I was treated. I reserved an Elite SUV, and when I arrived, I was told they could not rent the SUV to me because I did not have a major credit card. I understand that companies have policies, and while it was inconvenient, I could accept that. What I cannot accept is the way I was treated by Noah, who identified himself as the manager. After being told about the credit card policy, I simply stated that I was going to leave a review about my experience. Noah immediately developed an attitude and told me that because I said I was going to write a review, he would NOT rent me a vehicle at all. When I reminded him that I was still a customer, his response was essentially that he was the manager and he would not give me a vehicle. That is absolutely unacceptable customer service, especially coming from someone in a management position. Customers have every right to leave an honest review about their experience. A manager should be able to handle an unhappy customer professionally instead of taking it personally and escalating the situation. We left Enterprise and went to Avis, where the young lady who helped us was AMAZING. She was friendly, professional, respectful, and actually seemed interested in helping us. The difference in customer service was unbelievable. Enterprise lost my business because of the way this situation was handled—not because of their credit card policy. If this is how management at this location treats customers who voice a concern, I would strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else. I certainly will.

  The service and customer support at the Enterprise location in Edgewood is above and beyond some of the other locations that I have been to. I want to say Thank you!
