  I have used this Mr. tire location for the past few years and always have friendly staff, accurate time estimates to complete and reasonable pricing.

  Very rude front desk associate. Came in last night at 7:30, I knew they were about to close so I asked him when a good time was to come in the next morning. He told me to be in at 8, great. I get in at 8, and he tells me it’s an hour and a half wait. I asked him why he didn’t make me an appt last night then if he couldn’t guarantee me being seen? He said “I didn’t expect to have 3 appts pop up” - the shops been open for only 30 minutes at this point?? Rude service, waste of time. What a joke - typical tire shop worker

  TOTAL INCOMPETENCE / ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! Dropped truck off first thing in the am for tire appt. Manager confirmed tires in stock and would be done later that day. Later I received call that tires were changed and truck was ready, as previously discussed i would not be able to get there before closing, no problem... I go to get my truck and NONE of the tires had been changed, nothing had been done..go back next day to find out what happened, different manager informs me they hadn't even had those tires in stock in a while and that he couldn't do anything for me. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE / ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!

  Overpriced place. Bad customer service. I said That I am A long time customer And ask why they trying to charge me $100 more than others For a tire and the guy hung up on me. Definitely the place to void.
