    I am pissed that they charged me a $9.60 refueling charge they stated at the start the fuel was at 7/8 and ending was 3/4 and that’s bullshit. I filled that tank up on a Sunday. The car was dropped back off that Tuesday. Monday The car was driven to Easton and back and then Tuesday morning to Easton. It was absolutely not at 3/4 full. IT WAS STILL A FULL TANK ! Then I get a bill for a toll pass receipt. This was never explained to me at the initial drop off of the rental. I do understand BEING CHARGED $6.00 for the TOLL BUT THEY CHARGED ME $ 12.00 AND THEY ALSO CHARGED me a TOLL PASS CONVENIENCE FEE OF $9.90 !! , THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME AT ALL.!!!!. I FEEL THAT THEY ARE NOT VERY HONEST AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES OF THE GAS TANK WHEN YOU PICK IT UP AND WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF.

    My son’s business rented a van to be ready for pickup on Friday morning at 8:30 am. The van was needed at that time to drive to a trade show. The deposit was paid and time was confirmed. On Friday morning they go to pick up the van and were told it would not be ready until 10:00. Horrible customer service. Fortunately they were able to borrow our van for the day. Corporate will also be notified regarding the incompetence of the employees running this business. Unfortunately they know they are the only ballgame in town.
