  I don’t know how anybody could have a bad experience here. Especially after working with Corey and Drew. Extremely professional, personable, with a customer service touch that is greatly missing from many places in the country right now. They asked about my day, my visit to Maryland, and I felt like they got to know me rather than just complete the service. If there was an option to tip, I would. I need to start carrying cash on me. 10/10, and I’m grateful to have had such a fantastic experience!

  I had a great experience here! The service was quick, efficient, and professional. Everyone was respectful, communicative, and took the time to explain everything they were doing while answering all of my questions. I came in for an oil change and had my engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced. The entire process was smooth, and I left feeling confident my car was well taken care of. A special thank you to Keith and Isaiah for going above and beyond with their customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience easy from start to finish. Their service truly stood out, and they’re a big reason I’ll be returning. Highly recommend!

  Had to choose a star because it wouldn’t allow me to post ZERO STARS. Don’t go to this Valvoline. Went in for a routine oil change. Got home and oil was pouring out of the engine on to my garage floor (I have several videos-won’t allow me to upload video but the attached photo shows it - doesn’t do it justice. It was pouring out so I left right away). Tried calling while in Rt back to the store but the automated system sent me to valvoline HQ, so not helpful. Went to the store and the technician was like oh my God you must have blown a gasket, crazy! You blew a gasket. How did you blow a gasket? As if all of a sudden my well maintained vehicle suddenly blew a gasket 1 minute after being serviced. Then he noticed the cap to the filter was blowing oil out of it. The cap to the filter on top was damaged by the technician and shooting oil out of the side. They had to replace the cap they damaged. Then while waiting for the engine to be cleaned of oil (which is still all over the place) the manager said sorry about that, “but also I have no control over the products coming in here” - as if again it was somehow my fault. My vehicle was perfectly fine and then as soon as I left the oil change it started pouring oil. Also, I only know the managers name because I had to wait another 5 minutes for him to go get a business card. Everyone in the garage that was working on my car had no name tags. How convenient. $134.78 down the tubes. Now I have to go get the car looked at to see what else they may have damaged. Hard to tell because the cleaning job they did was done so poorly - still oil all over. Classic customer blaming for their own mistakes and lack of attention to detail. 0 out of 10.

  Valvoline refused tire rotation service because there were too many people in line. Is this a big ask? This is a Friday morning at 830 am. I am a paying customer. Why do I need come back on another day because Valvoline wants to cater to customers after me in line? Smh. I guess I'll go back to the dealership where they are happy to provide services and i get nice coffee on the lobby. Thanks Jeremiah! Additional comment: it's been a week and no attempt from the store manager to contact me has been made by to the best of my knowledge. I am so disappointed in Valvoline. They just continue to come up short.
