  I came to get a transmission fluid change and tech couldn’t release the cap because the tool they use to remove it had broke over two weeks and was never replaced. After 15 mins of him trying to remove cap I decided I didn’t feel comfortable for him to continue.

  I had my oil changed yesterday and the service is always great. The manager introduced himself and went over the services he provided. He also asked if I needed anything else. Everyone made sure to speak as I was leaving! GREAT SERVICE and not forceful on things I need. I will definitely get my filter changed next time 😂

  Absolutely wonderful experience, I had a concern with an oil leak on my new car. LJ answered all my questions and concerns, he explained what the issue was and was able to fix it easily. I greatly appreciated LJ taking the time to explain everything and helping me with this issue. I highly recommend and will continue to come back.

  Those working at the Dunkirk location on Tuesday, August 18 around 6:00p ET far exceeded my expectations! All of the staff I engaged with were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. My hood would not stay closed after the service. Isaiah would not stop working until he made sure my hood was fixed. Corey was thorough in explaining what the issue was and what my next steps should be. The other young man (didn’t get his name) conducting my service was polite and professional. I thought you should know your staff went above and beyond and Vavoline is very lucky to have them. A+++ service! You’ve gained a customer for life!

  I would give 0 stars after my last visit. Ive been to this location twice with my vechile. The first time they ripped out the oil plug and had to replace it, which the manager did well. The second time the tech used a rubber stopper and ripped off the bottom of my ojl pan. Oil has been pouring out the bottom my car. Could have destroyed my engine. My car is currently at the shop having a lot of repairs done to ensure the engine wasn't damaged due to this BS. Oil pan ripped off, glued back on instead of admitting to the mistake while I was there. Will cost over 1000 to replace. Thanks a lot guys for your excellent botch jobs. Now I have to find a new place and based on the reviews im not the only person this happened too.
