  You are lucky if you need tires close to this place! We were driving south to North Carolina and discovered a major gash in the sidewall of a tire. Right through to the nylon. Went online and found we were only a few miles from Mr. Tire, Dunkirk. Arrived without trouble. The place looked closed. We went inside and everything began to go right. They had to check, of course, to see if they had the size tire we needed. But we were concerned that they probably couldn’t fix it until tomorrow morning. However, the next person in line turned out not to have on hand what was needed to fix his car, so their tech had a slot and they fit us in. In fact, the manager indicated later that he would’ve done it himself if the tech had not been able to fit us in. Wonderful straightforward business-like but compassionate people! If you live nearby, go there for sure. If you ever have tire trouble on a long journey, just hope it’s near Dunkirk, Maryland, and be sure to go to Mr. Tire.

  When I came in to meet management.He was playing on a game.I was very clear on what I needed done.4 new tires.Got truck back w/new tires,but no new valve stems and the weights where on outside of rim.After he specifically told his green mechanic.Management told me (sorry)you will have to come in another day.I came in a week later to get things done correctly.I took truck home and, the next morning 1tire was flat.Manager told me it’s my rim.So I took some soapy water sprayed the rim and valve stem.It was a bad valve stem.Manager told me to bring to replace and I did.Got it back and no leaks.they put a chrome valve stem which does not match the other 3.Piss poor Management.Management kept telling me he will not keep on replacing valve stems.IT WAS A FAULTY VALVE STEM.He said it still is the rim causing.This place I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.Poor Customer service.And a manager that said he had a green mechanic in back.You would think instead of plates video games he would teach those guys how to the job properly.

  I put up with questionable service with this place for years (leaving my car unlocked with the windows down in the parking lot, taking overnight to do a simple oil change they said they'd be able to do in one day), but I'm done. I made an appointment on their website -- the only options there are morning or evening for dropping off. I got a confirmation email and text message that said I could drop off between 7:30 and 11:00. I walked in at 10:50 and the guy tells me my appointment was for 7:30 and he wouldn't be able to help me. That's it. I'm done. Forty six years old and dropping a one star review for the first time in my life.

  Did not like booking through 3rd party the woman was as In Philippines and doesn’t have a clue if the actually site has appointments even available. I made an appt first thing in am on a Sunday only to find out 2 employees came in over an hour late because they stayed up late watching something. Not professional at all. I should’ve asked for a discount but I forgot. Won’t go there again for sure.
