  Very knowledgeable and transparent with everything that needed to be done to the vehicle. Big shout out to Cutler and both Chris’s for taking care of us and taking the time to explain everything that was going on. Hands down the only place we go to when it comes to getting our vehicles serviced🌻 Forgot to give Tony a shout out too! Thanks for everything Guys!!

  Not friendly. They could all use a good customer service refresher training. My tire needed to be plugged and I googled tire repair places near me and this place came up. I made an 11am appt. When I walked in all 3 guys at the desk made eye contact with me, not a single one greeted me. I walked up to the desk just awkwardly standing there before the little one with dreads decided to help. Thanks. You could barely hear him when he spoke and he was low key rude. I would have rather had a pelvic exam than sit in that waiting room listening to old men talk about upside down pineapples on a cruise ship. Anyways, 1 hr 40 mins AND $60 (????) later my tire was plugged.

  I was told to come in and I had an appointment already scheduled. When I got there I asked about a tire, which the guy at the counter told me he would try to fix, great! He said it would take some time and I told him that I needed it back in a few hours. I dropped off the car and to my surprise I hadn’t heard back from them for 4+ hours. When I called I talked to someone who had no idea who I was and they transferred me to someone else, who then told me that they didn’t look at it. After about another hour or so, I got a phone call saying that it was not repairable and that the only tire they had in stock was over $350. What a waste of my day. Went around the corner and to my surprise I got one put on and it was only $160 and it was done in about 45 mins. Why did I make a appointment for here?

  I was driving from NY to NC and I got a flat tire in Baltimore. It was around 6:30 in the morning. I barely made it to The Tire Guy. I waited for them to open. Once they opened the doors for business I spoke to John about what I needed. My tire was not fixable nor was it available in his inventory. John researched who had the tire and ordered it. He did everything in his power to have it delivered to his shop at a reasonable time. He went above and beyond in customer service. A true gentleman. I don’t live in Baltimore. However, if I did I would definitely go back to this establishment for my tire needs.

  My first visit was to have a car inspected, they were fair on the state inspection but when they gave me the estimate for them to do the repairs on 2011 Mazda 3 we paid 1000.00 for her is what I was told. One fog light, drivers lower control arm, rear view mirror, rear sway bar links and the inside trunk light lens. They could do those repairs for the low price of 2500.00 dollars 😂! The parts doing both control arms were less than 500.00 and I had the work done at total tire except for the Mirror and fog light lens 474.00 the rest I did myself. Huge difference than MR Tire with a saving of 1526.00. If your not spending 1000.00 of dollars evwn if you have a appointment , like today I took it back for reinspection they will make any excuse to put last in line and even just not complete the job like today. It was raining at 10 am so they canceled my inspection even though by 11:30 the sun was out and all raid were dry so absolutely no reason that after a week of waiting for this appointment they said so sorry buddy we had other jobs and yours wasn’t that important take it somewhere else. In between these two interactions I was going to Ocean city and my 2500 diesel truck wasn’t riding smoothly so I went to north point MR Tire and asked them to balance all 5 tires and do a alignment I waited all day long never heard anything back from them shortly before closing and by the way, the only reason I go to this place is because it’s within walking distance and I can drop it off and walk back to my house. I walked up to the store right before closing time and there’s my truck sitting outside so I go inside and I had to be at the Ocean that night so I started to raise hell with them about my truck not being done all, sir. We’re so sorry we’ll get it inside and we’ll do it. We’ll stay late and we’ll get it done so they take the truck in the back 30 minutes or so later here comes my truck everything‘s fixed thank you we’re so sorry we didn’t get it done. Everything‘s great. Have a great trip. We’ll see you later 200 some dollars later. I get in the truck to start the drive to the ocean. I got my dog with me. The truck is pulling into the right exactly like it was doing before the tires are still flopping they’re closed and I have no other choice but the drive this thing to the ocean 20 miles outside of Ocean City the belt and the tire that I told them was the worst one the front tire, the belt pops inside the tire, leaving a big divot in the tire and I have to call somebody to come get the truck truck and tow it the rest of the way down to the ocean. I take it to the shop down there. They tell me that there’s no way they could’ve balance that tire because it had a ripped belt in it and that’s why the tire was flopping like it was doing that one of the rims on the back of my truck is bent, and so that tire could not be balanced properly. It was never gonna ride right I needed to replace the rim both my tire rods on the front of the truck are completely ruined. They needed to be replaced. There’s no way they could’ve aligned the truck. It was completely out of alignment when it got there so it said it and the tire rods were all rusted. They said they have been no adjustments made on the tie rods so they didn’t do an alignment this place is without a doubt the worst place mechanic place in Dundalk do not take your car to Mr. Tire.
