  I purchased four tires through Mr. tires 9 months ago and a couple months ago, I noticed that there was a noise coming from my back left tire so I brought my vehicle back and it ended up being a broken tire sensor. The new manager Cutler was amazing to deal with and replaced it for no cost. If anyone needs new tires, an oil change or brakes, definitely check these guys out. They are great to deal with!!

  I own a Driving School so I have multiple cars that go to this Mr Tire every 30 to 60 days. I have had nothing but good experiences and professionalism. When my car is out of commission, it cost me money and it is very rare that I don’t get my car back. They do everything they can to get you back out running as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.

  So, I used to work for a dealership and I'm not sure if something may have made the attendant assume stupidity but I don't appreciate being upsold on products that I don't need nor do I appreciate being overcharged for basic services. I came in for a routine oil change and to have 2 tires replaced. Mind you, a rotation is included in the tire replacement, and it's free to have your check engine light code confirmed. The attendant attempted to sell me a full diagnostic service. When I said no thank you he seemed to visibly tense up. I also made sure to clarify that I needed full synthetic oil for the oil change. He then told me that all of my manufacturers vehicles take full synthetic which is not true. Newer models maybe but older ones (which I have) not always. He quoted me 400 dollars for those two services and to check the tire sensors which they are supposed to do after replacing the tires anyway. I'll keep my money. I do not support shady businesses.

  Shop did a good job diagnosing what was causing my oil leak and was very reasonable on my oil change. Store manager explained everything clearly and got back on the road in no time
