  I had brought my vehicle in for a tire patch due to a drywall screw in my new driver tire. First they told me 30-45 minutes. Then 5 minutes later, they lifted my car and repaired the tire in 10 minutes. Walmart down the street was booked until the next day. These guys were a lifesaver! Recommend.

  Horrible customer service from the Store Manager himself, I asked to have one tire put on and the service tech (I believe his name might have been Josh) decided to make a big deal about only installing one tire to the management, the manager entertained the tech until I had to step in and just ask politely to just put the new tire on and that I was aware that you should put at least two matching at a time. After that, the Manager gave me the cold shoulder and treated me differently just because I didn't want to go back and forth about only installing one tire when I should be installing two. I will be getting a second matching tire very shortly but I will take the work somewhere else from now on!

  Been to this shop multiple times and have always had a positive experience, note the 2 star, this time was not a pleasant experience, not to go into detail that when I was picking my 2 tires up, their was an older gentlemen in front of me trying to get his trailer inspected and the short skinny tech was just blatantly disrespectful the entire time talking down to this would be customer and talked the guy out the door ignorantly. I had an appointment for the previous day at 11am, was given a call 30 minutes before they closed and was told my tires would be finished first thing in the morning and was given the push off that time flew by and they forgot about me. Understood. The next day, its now 1pm, I'm calling to check the status of the tire installs and am told that they were beginning to work on them immediately and apologize that someone has called out and other business has come in and they are behind schedule. Cool. While I'm explaining my frustration the short skinny bald tech who looks sickly, informs me that "He didn't blow the tires and its not his fault I'm in need of mr tires services." I've been a customer for this location for years and I get a new set of tires of all 4 of my vehicles here yearly, have never had an issue at this location, and to see the same tech blatantly chase another customer out of the shop and continue his disrespect and ignorance towards me, I'll be happy to take my business to a different shop and pay a higher premium to be respected.   I walked in on Sunday around 11am asking if they had availability to do an alignment and they said yes around 2pm. The were friendly and wait time wasn't long. In less than hour I was done. They even called me back ahead of time asking if I could reschedule for 3pm which actually worked out better for me.

  I can’t say enough good things about this location. Everyone was so nice and took great care of me. They were able to do my tires, brakes, rotors, oil change, and alignment all in one day, which was amazing. They kept me updated and answered all my questions. My car drives great now and the whole experience was much less stressful than I expected. Highly recommend! 😊
