  Horrible customer service. Neither one of the ladies know what they were doing and couldn't even look up a number to see if a dent remover was in stock. Then another gentleman was getting in line and they told him they could not help him because he was paying in cash. They close at 10pm. They were counting their drawers. That is why they dont want to take his cash. Shitty customer service.

  If you’re thinking about stopping here, don’t. Even if your car is broken down in the parking lot and you need a can of Fix-a-Flat, I’d recommend walking across the street to Advance Auto Parts instead. I stopped in to purchase fuses for my car’s A/C. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked into the aisle, the employee stocking the shelves had an attitude. Instead of asking if we needed help finding the correct fuse, she immediately told us we needed to make sure we put everything back where we found it after comparing a few different options. We had not misplaced anything, and the interaction felt accusatory and completely unnecessary. There was no reason for the hostility. We hadn’t spoken to her prior to that interaction or done anything disrespectful. The only explanation I can come up with is that she had an issue with us as a same-sex couple. I don’t make accusations like that lightly, but I genuinely cannot think of any other reason we were treated so poorly. To make matters worse, I believe she was the manager, which makes the experience even more disappointing. After leaving the store, my girlfriend and I sat in our car trying to figure out how to file a complaint. While we were there, the employee came outside and falsely told other employees that we had called her an “asshole,” which we absolutely did not. It was unprofessional and completely untrue. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that this employee is held accountable for the way she treated us. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected while simply trying to shop. Until that happens, I’ll be taking my business to Advance Auto Parts instead.
