  Initially, the customer service was excellent. Anthony was helpful, efficient, and transparent when providing a quote, which led me to schedule an appointment for Saturday at 12:00 PM. I was informed about a $50 deposit, though it was not communicated that this needed to be in cash. Fortunately, the associate at the desk allowed me to proceed without requiring a trip to the ATM. On Friday, I called to confirm that my tires had arrived. At first, I was told there was no record of my appointment, but after a second check, my information was located and I was assured everything was in place. On Saturday, I dropped my car off at 11:00 AM and was told it would be ready around 3:30 PM. At 1:24 PM, I received a call that the completion time had been pushed to 4:30 PM. While inconvenient, I adjusted my plans accordingly. However, when I called at 4:08 PM while on my way to pick up my vehicle, I was told it would not be ready until 5:30 PM. After speaking with the manager, Lamar, the time was revised again to 5:00 PM. Ultimately, what was estimated as a 3.5-hour service took approximately 5 hours. As a result, I missed a previously scheduled 6:00 PM commitment. The repeated delays and inconsistent communication were frustrating and disappointing, especially as a first-time customer. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the business. While I understand that delays can occur, the lack of accurate communication and shifting timelines made this situation particularly difficult. I will not return unless it has to do with the warranty in my tires which is unfortunate.

  Lamar provided exceptional service during my visit. Although he was incredibly busy, he took the time to listen to my concerns about my tire and quickly identified a nail as the issue. What stood out most was his professionalism, attentiveness, and sense of care, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. He handled everything promptly and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. Truly outstanding service. Thank you!
