  I visited the Denton, MD location on my way home from work because I had a lightbulb out. The woman that helped me, who I believe is a manager, was so sweet and since it was my first time with this issue, she taught me which lightbulb was the correct type and then proceeded to teach me step by step how to change my lightbulb. I left with a brand new installed light bulb and I am so pleased with the service I received.

  Been there twice in the last 4months, great both times. Today Joe,the manager put new head lights in for me, awesome.

  During a recent trip to Denton, Maryland, I stopped by the local AutoZone for vehicle assistance. As someone with limited knowledge about cars, I was hoping for a smooth and supportive experience. ​While the customer service at the front counter was commendable, the overall conduct of another staff member was disappointing: ​Front Counter Assistance: A polite and soft-spoken representative managed the entire customer line single-handedly. Despite handling all three active customers by herself, she remained calm, patient, and professional. ​Lack of Support from Co-Worker: A second employee—wearing a gray shirt and glasses—remained behind the scenes despite making eye contact with me multiple times and visibly seeing the growing line. ​Unprofessional Conduct: Rather than stepping in to assist her colleague, this employee spent the duration of my visit engaged in a personal phone call via an earpiece. Furthermore, her conversation was loud enough for customers to overhear details regarding an internal dispute with another coworker, which created an uncomfortable environment. ​The associate handling the counter deserves recognition for her dedication and strong work ethic under pressure. However, the lack of teamwork and the visible disregard for customer service shown by the second staff member was extremely unprofessional. I hope this feedback helps management address staffing coordination and workplace conduct at this location.

  i went in a few days ago for just a new gas cap and they helped me out right away. i don’t think i got the name of the worker who helped me but i appreciated it very much, he made sure the product worked on my car first before he even charged me.

  I love the new Manger (I think her name I Nicole). We were having a hard time trying to figure out what I needed, but she did not give up and get frustrated. We eventually figured it out and now my car is fixed. I am not used to going into a retail environment and encounter an employee who genuinely likes there job. Autozone definitely had a regular customer now because of the new manager Nicole. Good Hire guys!!!
