  My experience was positive. The process from the beginning with the online quote to bringing my car to the Columbia location was easy and straight forward. I made a change from them coming to me to me bringing the vehicle to them easily from the email they sent me. They do check ins by email and phone to confirm appointments and let you know what they will need. I met with Than who was amazing. He was kind, professional, polite and knowledgeable. The final offer was lower than the online quote but I was already prepared for that having read reviews and my vehicle was much older and had imperfections. I made a counter offer which they accepted which was nice. They also provided a $25 Uber/lyft voucher to get me back home. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

  Terrible communication. Information provided was misleading then they bailed on two different occasions. Do not recommend.

  The whole trade in process was very simple and straightforward. JR was great to work with. I will return when I’m ready to sell another car.

  I sold my vehicle today earlier today and the experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. It was knowledgeable as I didn't realize that my title was just a certificate and the lien release was not sent to me. This did not stop the process however. The regional manager, Matt, was able to call to get my lien release sent to them to resume the sale. Also the offer was negotiated to round up to the nearest thousand which was nice of them to do. Just an over all nice experience. I sold my car years ago elsewhere and wish I just took it here. Very nice staff and service!
