  I’m writing to express my sincere apologies for the delay in my five-star review. My technician, Michael, worked on my 2006 Honda CRV and replaced the front windshield with exceptional skill. I appreciate his prompt completion of the task and the timely notification he provided once the work was done. I’m incredibly satisfied with the quality of the work he performed. I highly recommend sending him out again to replace the windshield on my 2007 Honda Pilot. Overall, I’m delighted with the installation process, the ease of scheduling an appointment, and the availability of payment options for those like me who pay out-of-pocket.

  These Shady data collectors have alleged that they are not allowed to discuss service pricing without collecting your personal data. Wont be doing business with someone who thinks they can force people to give up their data(which these companies usually sell). Im not paying you just so that i can receive an estimate. 0 stars if possible.

  Originally I was scheduled for someone to come to my job. When the nice gentleman arrived it started to rain. Instead of immediately canceling he offered to come back and try. Unfortunately things did not work out later. He than called the shop to get me scheduled sooner. The team in Columbia were friendly, informative, and quick. Now the coffee they offer is horrible.

  Safelite’s scheduling process was quick and easy. My technician was timely, polite, and informative about the process. Would have been great to have had the option to add a tip to my bill to acknowledge his expertise. Although there are other window replacement companies, after doing some research, I will continually reach out to Safelite when I have the need. I trust their technicians and service provision.

  I had a situation isn’t acceptable—especially since the issue was caused by their installation. A rear window component (like a brake light or interior light) shouldn’t be “temporarily” held with double-sided tape. That’s a shortcut, not a proper fix. it was hanging on my $130,000.00 car and I had to go to work and it was embarrassing. They say they will get it next week, but they will not be able to come to my location.
