  I was happy with the quality of the glass, and it appears to have been installed well. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues after the installation that left me disappointed. First, my rearview mirror now sits lower than it did before. It doesn’t tilt upward as much as the original, so I can no longer sit at my normal driving height without my view being affected. Second, I specifically chose and paid for rain-sensing compatible glass, but the rain-sensing feature no longer works. As a result, my automatic windshield wipers are no longer functional. Overall, the glass itself looks good, but these issues should have been caught or addressed before the job was considered complete.

  Geico’s #1 place, I had no problem with them! I gave them a four out of five because I had to come back a second time for recalibration.

  ⭐ 1/5 – Do NOT recommend. Go to a local glass repair shop instead (Laurel has a great one). This was my second visit, hoping my first bad experience was a fluke. My insurance company had them on their list, which made scheduling easy, but that's where the positives end. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯: • Replaced my broken windshield with one that already had a scratch in it • Did not reinstall my windshield stickers • Threw away my oil change sticker without telling me, I had to ask him to fish it out of the trash • Broke my brand new phone holder that I had just installed the week before • Left my EZ Pass holder stickers on the old glass, so now I have to replace those 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀: • The shop was unprofessional, staff were playing around in the back while doing the job incorrectly • When I asked them to reinstall my original glass and issue a refund so I could go elsewhere, they refused, a warranty appointment to redo the work is the only option offered • Calling Safelite's national customer service line was useless; they directed me back to the local shop and said there is no manager above them 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: Now I have to rearrange my schedule again and sit for hours in two weeks for a warranty fix that should never have been necessary. The lack of accountability at every level — local shop and corporate, is unacceptable. You've been warned: run from this place as fast as you can.

  I was able to get an appointment right away, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. The person on the phone was great, the front desk staff today were efficient and welcoming, and the person who called to let me know my car was ready was attentive and kind. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and nicely cooled. I didn’t grab a complimentary water, but they had plenty available for customers. Overall, I had a really good experience. My windshield was installed quickly, and it looks fantastic now.
