  I had a wonderful experience at this location! Lance was friendly and helpful, despite it being a busy Saturday. I came in for two tires to be replaced, but needed break pads replaced. Curtis, the mechanic, explained the work needed and physically showed me on my car. I also made a mistake when telling them the tires that I needed replace (e.g., front vs rear) and they corrected my error and didn’t charge me, despite my miscommunication. Overall, the team was friendly and knowledgeable and definitely has the customer’s best interest in mind. I will be coming back to this location for services in the future!

  I never had any problems in the past when NTB worked on my Jeep. Lance is an awesome guy definitely got my approval with making sure the customer is satisfied. This facility is professional in my opinion. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for you can always say no or find a better deal.

  We had an appointment for 1 for tires and did not leave until 5. The place was understaffed amd the staff they did have there were not at all efficient, we know because we watched. The communication from the was manager and front desk person was also horrendous. The degree of disrespect and unprofessionalism was outstanding. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  I had a tire leaking air for at least 3 years. It’s been seen by two dealerships and three other places who all said nothing was wrong with it. I’ve had the tire replaced and the stem replaced twice. Here they found a cut in the metal of the wheel near the stem that everywhere else had missed. Finally someone took the time to find the real problem! Very happy they got to the bottom of the leaking.

  We have been using them for a few years for tires and brakes. The management and mechanics are new since the last time we got tires and are a definite upgrade. I went in to get a tire bubble fixed and they not only identified a problem with another tire but also told me- when I was going to buy new tires anyway- that their research showed it was a small, not dangerous error by the previous management which caused more wear on my tires (the old shop put the wrong size on, not for the rim but for the vehicle weight). They replaced all my tires with much better ones for the cost of the one basic level tire I budgeted for. Everyone was really nice about it, too. Today I just got my brakes done by them ON TIME (when does that happen at a mechanic?) And they sound great. Any shop can be decent when things are going well. Integrity and understanding of reality are much less common. I am impressed that, with no real need to take responsibility for someone else's mistake, they told me about it and made it right. They also gave me practical advice on being safe until I could get the brakes properly fixed which is important if you're on a budget. ALSO the manager doesn't hike prices or try to upsell you on needless things. She laid out options, explained pros and cons, and did a whole lot of work to get my car safely fixed in budget. I got quoted 15 less on the brakes elsewhere but came here because of the service- and she had given me an available coupon without me asking that actuly made it less than the other quote. Oh, also they pricematch tires and you can use Klarna here. If you have a virtual Klarna card you can pay in 4. I didn't this time since the repair was easy to cover on the next paycheck, ut that is super useful if you have a big unexpected repair. We will continue to use this shop and recommend it to everyone nearby. 10/10 feel comfortable going here.
