  I take my car to this location and have always been happy with the service, so decided to take my mother’s car in to get the tpms checked out. I figured there were dead batteries and they'd have to be replaced. Got a call shortly after drop off, letting me know the car was ready. When I got there I was told that the sensor system just needed to be reset and they made sure all the tires had the correct pressure—for NO charge!! I highly recommend this location (Berger Rd), awesome service and really great employees!!

  Installed 4 new tires on a full sized tall van. Had to reorder bc of a call center failure. In and out in 4 hours may be a bit excessive. However the van was too tall to lift as usual. Place could use a little cleaning. Staff were friendly and helpful.

  DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF YOUR TIRES! I won't even go back for those. They earned the one start because they actually finally acknowledged their mistake, because I was there to hear it, and followed through with paying to have it fixed elsewhere. I brought my car in to have the tires rotated because they were due and needed an oil change, so I figured rather than driving it out to the dealer for that, I would have NTB do that too. When I called to see if my car was ready after 2 hours, they told me that they forgot to rotate the tires and give them a bit longer. When I arrived I was told, "You know that you check engine light is on, right?" I informed them that it wasn't when I dropped it off. At first I was told it was, but then the manager went out to the car with me and listened to me when I insisted that wasn't on when I left it and I could hear a weird noise that also wasn't present when I left it. They drove it back into the shop and I heard them comment on "what a mess" it was under the hood. They then called me into the shop. I could see that there was oil all over under the hood. They sent me back into the waiting room and I heard one tech say, "NO! Not that one, that's for the transmission fluid!" It turns out instead of draining my oil for the oil change, they drained the transmission fluid and added new oil to the top of the old oil....hence oil all over. I then sat there for three hours while they brought in a "master tech" to do repairs and order transmission fluid....this is where they should have just had my car towed to the dealer. They put trans fluid in and told me, "now when you take it to the dealer, they will want you to buy different fluid. You don't need to do it, this one is fine." One quick google search told me that the fluid that they put in isn't for my make of car. The dealer confirmed that it was the wrong fluid and it needed a flush and the right fluid added. In the end, Sergio, the district manager or something like that, was great at paying the dealer bill for the repairs, but I don't trust Cynthia the store manager at all. Find somewhere else to take you vehicle.

  As a car dealership owner in a past life I was very tuned into every aspect of the experience. Got quite a bit done on the car and in waiting was able to eavesdrop on several customer interactions. I’d call it flawless. After picking up the car I called (within 15 minutes )with a concern and they fell just short of begging me to bring it right back or any other time it was convenient. Drove for a little bit more and realized there was no concern. What a difference quality tires make. Can’t say enough good about how it all went.

  Dave, the assistant manager, made this one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping. Mr. Curtis was just as impressive he took the time to explain my alignment in a way that was clear and honest, and handled my oil change quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a team that combines great customer service with real expertise, but this Columbia location absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, top-quality service.
