  Horrible customer service . Set an appointment for 11am an appointment. For days got text notification your appointment coming up. Get there and got told its going to be a 3 hr wait. I said I have an appointment. Yeah 3 hour wait like I said. No customer call for people who had appointments to say hey we backed up etc. I drive there and find out. And they disnt even look my name up. Just 3 hour wait. Horrible place.

  I've been to Mr. Tire in Columbia several times, and they've always taken great care of me. The location is small but clean, convenient, and very efficient. Whether it's been routine tire service or helping me out with a roadside issue, the staff has always been professional, quick, and easy to work with. It's hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but these guys have earned my business. Highly recommend for tire work and fast, reliable service.

  Robert greeted me before I even got to the door. Made me feel like he wanted to help the best way he could & he did! He provided the best customer service I'd ever received from a Mr. Tire. Give that man a raise!
