Terrible, rude service. Go anywhere else.
I had an appointment at 1pm for a tire rotation. Showed up at 1, on time. Tell the guy at the desk I have an appointment and I'm here for it. He responds "I can't do it today. " I reply "I have an appointment." He responds once again rudely with "I can't do it today." No sorry, no "let me work with you to reschedule". Nothing. Just rudeness and refusing the service that I made an appointment for. Never coming back.

I came in for a tire repair, was there for almost 6 hours and then when they brought my car around they told me, “your good to go, see you when you need new tires”. I assumed they fixed the tire and I said I have to pay. The guy then said again you are all good see you when you need new tires. I left thinking they hooked me up but got half way to work and my tire went flat. Turned out they didn’t do the work at all. I guess it was getting too close to 5:00 and they wanted to go home. They could have at least told me the work wasn’t done. I had to take the care somewhere else the next day.
Absolutely awful. Please do not go here. I never leave bad reviews, but even 1 star is too high for this place. Misdiagnosed the issue with our car and charged $1000+ for repairs. After the issue continued to happen repeatedly, even after them "repairing" it twice, we took our car to a more reputable repair shop who was immediately able to diagnose the issue - an issue entirely different than what Mr. Tire repeatedly claimed was the problem. On top of it, the manager was rude and dismissive - obviously defensive over his awful service. Will ensure no one we know ever goes to this Mr. Tire location or any other.
A couple weeks ago I brough my car into Mr Tire for a diagnostic and an oil change. I chose them because they were open on a Sunday when I could get work done. I told the clerk at the front desk I was getting warnings my coolant was overheating, and I noticed the radiator fan was not engaging. At the end of the day I picked up the car, and the clerk told me they did the oil change, they had pulled codes, checked the fuses, and when asked explicity if they looked at the fan, they said it was working. They said the problem was fixed with a cooland flush. They also kindly told me that I needed new front tires. Right when I got home that evening I popped the hood and noticed the fan was still not engaging.
The next day I was on the way to work and my hood started smoking. I called them up and they were able to get the car in same day. That day they replaced the coolant reservoir. At the end of the day they told me they couldn't figure out the problem and that they thought it was a bad thermostat. I asked again about the fan, and they said the fan was fine.
After my own research and talking with other people knowledgeable on cars I came to the conclusion to replace the fan assembly and fuses myself. After doing my own repair, I am no longer overheating. I noticed the coolant reservoir they put in does not clip in properly and they just set it where it was supposed to go.
My only positive comments that I have is that the staff at the front desk were nice and not rude. This is the reason I am not saying 1 star. The prices are generally lower than other places, but I am not happy with services rendered.
My first visit here was great, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, every visit after that has been disappointing.
The second time, I came in to have a nail in my tire repaired. I was charged for the repair, but the nail was still in the exact same spot afterward. When I returned, they claimed it was a different nail. After checking again, they finally said the nail was in a location that couldn’t be repaired. If that was the case, why was I charged for a repair in the first place?
Today was even worse. I had an appointment at 4:30 PM to replace my tires. After waiting for over an hour, my car was still sitting exactly where I had parked it. Nobody had even moved it. When I asked what was going on, I was told, “You’re next.” A little later, another customer arrived, and they took his car before mine. It really made me wonder what the point of scheduling an appointment is if walk-ins or other customers are going to be prioritized.
The communication and honesty from the front desk have been frustrating. During my first visit, an older employee was straightforward and helpful. Since then, I’ve repeatedly been given inconsistent explanations and promises that didn’t match what actually happened.
Based on my recent experiences, I won’t be coming back.
