  Would give a negative if I could. Manager in the front that works weekdays is rude and slowwwwwww. I’m not new to the process of getting a hertz car repaired and the fact that he wanted me to just sit there and waste time is insane. There is a shop on Glen burnie that actually picks the phone up and confirms they received the estimate and are working on approvals. This man told me he doesn’t do none of that. Instead just sits there and clicks buttons on the computer. Didn’t even greet the customer that came in after me, which I know to be a regular thing here because this has happened to me. I will continue to drive 25 mins to get the professional team to take care of my car needs. I thought the idea was getting the customer in and out (well at least when I ran the body shop in Columbia)

  Ordered tires from Tire Rack and Mr. Tire was listed as the most reasonable price and the reviews were good and I have used them over the years and so I chose them to install, mount, balance and align new tires. No problem making the appointment, tires came in right on time and my work was completed that day with no problems. I certainly will go back.

  I go to Mr Tire Columbia Dobbin Rd for my tires need and other. Great customer service and great service!

  The fellow at the service desk, Josh, was very helpful. He helped with the tires. There was a hand print left on the hood, most likely by accident, and he went to clean it. He prob didn't have to. The store was helpful. Hopefully i dont have to change this later.

  Took my car here this morning. Had a rubbing/grinding sound while braking which I could hear at slower speeds. I waited for 3 hours only for them to tell me it was the parking brake, that it was being driven while engaged. But my car has a feature that disengages it when you accelerate. And of course, the sound is still there. I wonder if they even checked my brake pads or anything else to see where the noise was coming from. This is under a limited warranty as well so I wasted almost an entire day for nothing. Now I have to wait another week for a Saturday appointment at another shop.
