  I came by yesterday (Sunday) to have them check my tires and Josh suggested I get new ones. Totally fine. He ordered them and he said they would be replaced Monday (today). I dropped my car off this morning and got a call a couple hours later that I needed an air filter and my rear brakes replaced. My car is a little over a year old with only 17,000 miles on it so needing new brakes this early seemed off to me. I came back to wait for my car and asked Kevin for a printout of the mm measurement. He went out to the bay for a bit, came back and said it wasn’t my car that needed brakes and an air filter, it was another Honda they had. There wasn’t one other Honda in the bay. Had I not asked for the mm information, they would have performed a service that never needed to be done. Unbelievable. Josh also told me on Sunday that I’m more than likely wouldn’t need an alignment, so I was quoted about $872ish for the tires. After the tires were replaced, Kevin then told me I did need an alignment, which added another $134 to my bill. Josh was wonderful to work with. I feel like he was super honest - so thank you, Josh. I have a 65,000 mile warranty on my tires and I don’t even feel comfortable coming back to this location should anything happen to my tires within the warranty period. Find another shop to go to because Mr. Tire in Dobbin isn’t it. Nothing but a bunch of frauds.

  I bought new tires there which was quick, but even with an appointment it was Very slow when doing the tire rotation. Plan for a long wait where you see people coming in after you, but still leaving before you if you're getting tires rotated.

  Visited a nearby Mr Tire over the weekend with car trouble 9 hours from home. They sent us to this location because they didn't have techs available, and we were excited to get some answers and not lose a day of travel. The person who worked with us was very standoffish and seemed annoyed that we were there. Hours later we received a phone call from him with a big price tag (approximately $1000 - $1300 in labor for a 1 hr job) and no parts available. I asked if we found the part could he help and he said he had already called around everywhere and no one had it. We found it with two minutes of searching and one phone call and asked if we could bring it by and he said they wouldn't install customer supplied parts because we could blame them. I asked if we could just agree up front that it wouldn't be their problem and he reluctantly agreed. I then asked about his diagnosis because with my limited knowledge of ICE power, it didn't make sense to me. His answer made it make less sense, and when I asked another question, he abruptly cut me off and said "why don't you come pick up your car". We went back and he refused to make eye contact, said one word and the price to us while having us pay for his wrong answer, and turned his back as soon as we had the receipt. The one silver lining in all of this is sharing his price and diagnosis with my mechanic friends for a good laugh. We have since received two more professional opinions and concluded that this shop's quote would have been a very efficient way to set $1600 on fire. This shop has great reviews and the folks at the Berger Rd location were absolutely delightful, so hopefully this was an isolated incident, but this was one of my all time least favorite ways I've ever spent $150.

  I booked an appointment for an oil change and arrived during the drop-off window, as the website directed. As soon as I walked in, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The man at the counter could not even be bothered to greet or acknowledge us as we walked in. Not only did he completely dismiss me by saying there were no other appointments that day (which was untrue, as I showed him the appointment confirmation email I received), but he also didn't offer another day or time for the service. This is very disappointing, as we are new to the area and were looking for a new auto shop. Safe to say it will not be this place.
