  Wouldn't rent car to me because I have a cali license with a md address. Military beware if you got your license in another state.

  Beware, Do not rent from the location. Customer services is unacceptable. Rented a vehicle for my time 10am and when I arrived at 10am they had no vehicle for my reservation and referred me to go to another location. The rep didn’t offer me an upgrade or nothing. Beware Don’t Rent from them and they are not reliable.

  Something I learned today renting from this location... Your reservation time is... And I quote "like a doctors appointment, if you're late then we can give your slot to someone else"... So even though they bill in one hour increments, showing up at 10:45 for a 10:00 reservation that was made several days ago is too late. This was a Wednesday morning they had at least 5 people working and they were struggling to keep up. I did end up getting a vehicle several hours later, but at that point I had no other choice. I will not rent from this location in the future.

  Great service. Very straightforward and easy process. No issues or hidden fees. Car was in great condition. Very friendly staff.

  I just received a horrible customer service experience with this branch. Usually I don’t have any problem with Enterprises’ customer service, however, this branch did not uphold the usual standard. I came in today 4/16/26 at 4pm to pick up my rental. There was a younger lady working at the desk while another male employee was out front ( I guess helping a costumer). I walked up to her and said “How are you, I scheduled a rental for ( and gave her my name)” while attempting to give her my identification. She looked at me with a dull stare for a second and said “hello, how are you” and stopped as if she wanted me to repeat my self before taking my Drivers License and Credit Card. I repeated my initial statement once more and then asked “ Did you not hear me say; How are you the first time?” She said “No” with a smart chuckle, finally took my cards and arrogantly asked me about my pick up time. They didn’t have my rental anymore ( which was totally fine because I would’ve taken anything available), but instead of continuing to deal with her rude attitude and seeing what other vehicles were available, I decided to leave and go to another branch. I wouldn’t recommend this branch unless absolutely necessary, due to their poor customer service and limited inventory.
