  Great staff very knowledgeable one thing I look for is consistency I had my appointment at 8:30 I even got there early and I was only the 2nd person they had just opened up and they didn’t finish with my car until 11:00 I waited there for 2-3 hours extra why even have my appointment at 8:30 if they were gonna start at 11 and there was other ppl that could’ve done my oil change other places take 10-30 minutes max and not to mention I was really late to work and they also charged me for something extra I didn’t even ask to get i literally just told them oil change and that’s it but they did other things and I was like bruh I just hated how I waited so long for them to say thanks for your patience and nothing else again I like the staff I just hate it how long it freaking took I still could’ve been asleep or something

  Last year, I noticed issues with the suspension in my car. I had a friend do some repairs but he didn’t have the proper equipment to do everything. I looked into Lains because I had heard good things about them from friends. I moved embarrassingly slow on getting my suspension issues resolved, so I went to Lains a few times: once for a diagnostic check, once for a price comparison with Firestone, and once more to finally get the repairs done. If I had to do it all again, I would just go to Lains once and have everything handled with ease. The staff are so knowledgeable and they care about my car as if it were their own. Just as importantly, they are friendly and helpful. I’ve had multiple interactions with Janae and Bryan and I always appreciate their customer service.
