She was forced to buy unnecessary insurance, her corporate discount was illegally removed by the manager, and she waited over two hours for a dirty, damaged car. She was overcharged by $180. Four calls to customer service, zero callbacks. Avoid this branch.
- NFNima FirouziJun 23, 20261.0I reserved a car five days in advance with a corporate discount code, and what followed was a two-hour nightmare. Upon arrival, I was forced to purchase insurance coverage that Enterprise's own policy states is not mandatory. When I pushed back, staff flat-out refused to release the car without it. Then — unbelievably — the branch manager instructed staff to tell me my corporate discount code could not be applied and that I had to remove it or leave without a car. I had prior commitments and no choice but to comply. This is a blatant violation of Enterprise's own policy. After more than two hours of waiting, I finally received a car that was dirty and visibly damaged. The staff were rude and dismissive throughout. The result? I was charged $299.53 instead of the $119.28 I was quoted — an overcharge of $180.25 that was effectively forced on me. Avoid this branch at all costs.

The customer service was great and were able to deal with using a debit card (we're local) so we could have a car for a planned road trip. Kenneth was excellent and I really appreciated working with him. My only regret was not realizing there was a key drop box which meant we could have dropped off the car on Sunday evening (closed on Sunday) instead of Monday morning. We will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
