  Ashley was great! Service was quick and easy. When I came to return it, even tho I was a couple minutes late they honored the agreements made when I rented it. Thanks to the college park team for a seamless experience.

  Smooth process from start to finish. Each representative, whether on the phone or in person was helpful and had good customer service. The general manager even checked in while I was onsite to make sure I was taken care of.

  JUST START WITH ENTERPRISE! LESSON LEARNED! After a horrible experience with Budget...we went to Enterprise due to the suggestion from National staff. While in line an employee assisted to better help with what we would be requesting once at the counter. At the counter the employee was awesome and the person covering car pick up was just as wonderful...waitttt the person at the exit gate was awesome too!!! The return staff and process was great!!! JUST START WITH ENTERPRISE!!!!! ***THE FOLLOWING WAS MY BUDGET RENTAL REVIEW (-10 Reserve with anyone else! Enterprise/Alamo/National, Thrifty, Hertz, Dollar, Sixt, Payless or any that are not affiliated with Budget! I prepaid for my reservation to see my sons Graduation (Turning Green). Coming from Dulles to Atlanta and arriving shortly after 1A.M. I get to Budget and the young lady takes my ID only to say WE DON'T HAVE ANY CARS AND THERE WILL BE A 4 HR WAIT TO SEE IF ANYONE RETURNS A CAR. My question is DIDN'T YOU KNOW THAT BEFORE YOU TOOK MY ID. You absolutely knew you didn't have any cars! I call for my refund and the wonderful rep had to escalate my request. I am now awaiting the outcome. I would love to know what I paid for because I'm certainly not in the habit of handing out hundreds of dollars! Is this a savings account where I'll get interest on my money? Thank you Enterprise for saving us! Thank you folks at National for assisting us as well!) Again, thanks to Enterprise and the great staff for getting us to Columbus to see our son, brother, husband, friend and SOLDIER!!!!!!!!

  Very poor experience, I booked a car online and my reservation was confirmed. Got there on time and the so called person in charge from what it looked like could ask someone else that came after me to serve them and didn’t even acknowledge or say I’ll be with you shortly. After waiting a short while they said the car I booked was not available and I’ll have to go to a garage that’s 20 minutes away to pickup a smaller car, what nonsense. Had to waste money on uber to start changing location including that of the person that was already on the way to meet me there. I had a better experience my first time but it looks like all staff that was there at the time no longer work there and these new people are very incompetent and they must do something about it

  One star off cause there is no sign for how to get to the sky train without using the escalator. I am in a wheelchair and ended up wandering around the parking garage for 15 minutes because the elevator next to the escalator DOES NOT GO TO THE RIGHT BUILDING! Please make some signage for the elevators. Thank you!
