  I have been buying car with them since 2011 and recommending to anyone I know is looking for a car. I only tried to buy a car once with a different dealership and regret does not even explain. Former Bill Kids and now Sheehy always makes the whole process quick and painless without pushing things. Giving a shout out to the young man who helped me this time: Jackie! I was used to work with Michael, but he got promoted and this young man did a good job.

  We recently purchased a 2023 Toyota 4Runner from Sheehy Toyota in Timonium and had a great experience. We absolutely love our vehicle and the purchasing process was very smooth and fair.   I had the greatest experience at Sheehy Toyota in Cockeysville yesterday while purchasing my new vehicle. Jackie Zhang, my representative is the best at his job for helping me through this process. Besides being extremely patient with me, he is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you get through the process. I was nervous and had a few issues but Jackie Zhang, made sure we both stayed calm and made it to the end. Everyone I came in contact with was great and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car to go here first; Sheehy Toyota in Cockeysville. I will never forget this experience and it turned out fantastic with me and my gorgeous vehicle. Thanks Jackie Zhang and all the employees at Sheehy Toyota in Cockeysville.

  My wife and I found ourselves quickly in need of a new car and after some thorough research, found plenty of inventory and knowledge at Sheehy Timonium. I particularly want to recognize sales consultant Carlos Subido. We never felt pressured and Carlos listened intently to every aspect of our conversation, responding in kind with recommendations for trim and model styles that fit our budget and expectations. Every question was met with an accurate answer. Jackie Zhang and Izell Gayles also went out of their way to make us feel comfortable over the Fathers Day weekend. We had babysitter coverage so we could make our car purchase, and the staff were personable and hospitable - even as the day stretched longer than we anticipated. 10/10 experience for what can often be perceived as stressful.

  I recently purchased a (slightly) used 2026 Santa Fe from Sheehy Toyota of Timonium. I have bought many vehicles over the years and can honestly say this was the best experience I've had. Sales Associate Matt Ellis is a true professional. He takes the time to listen to and learn about his customer and then goes to work in helping to find the right solution. My purchasing process spanned a few weeks and Matt stayed in touch with me the entire time. He was very responsive any time I reached out to him. He has excellent product knowledge and respects the customer buying process without making you feel pressured in any way. I can say the same for the other staff members I was introduced to throughout the process; General Manager Christian Tapia, Sales Manager Corey Davis, and Business Manager Donna Hale. It's very obvious from the moment you walk in the showroom that it is a very professional and well run organization. With a huge inventory of new and used vehicles across so many brands and with dozens of locations, Sheehy makes buying a new vehicle easy.
