I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Toyota 4Runner, and I highly recommend working with Jackie.
Because I live three hours away from the dealership, Jackie and I handled the entire negotiation remotely through more than 20 emails. He was patient, responsive, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Most importantly, when I made the three-hour drive to the dealership, every number we had agreed upon was honored—including the purchase price and my trade-in value. There were no last-minute surprises or attempts to change the deal once I arrived.
The 4Runner was ready and freshly washed when I got there. Jackie took the time to go over the vehicle with me, helped connect my phone and explained the technology and features, and then we took it for a test drive. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured.
From the initial negotiations through driving away in my new 4Runner, the entire transaction was smooth, professional, and exactly as promised. Making a three-hour drive to purchase a vehicle requires a certain amount of trust, and Jackie absolutely earned mine.
If you’re looking for someone who knows Toyota vehicles, communicates well, and stands behind the deal he gives you, I would absolutely recommend Jackie.
We had a specific model and color we wanted. 2026 Camry XLE AWD in Ocean Gem with gray interior. Unfortunately there was not that specific car in Maryland and those in nearby states were sold. Sheehy was able to track one down in transit to another dealer in Maryland and negotiated a trade for that car with one already in their inventory. While it still took a little over two weeks, Sheehy of Timonium got us the exact model, colors, and options we wanted. They also accepted my price offer, The salesman Carlos couldn’t have been better. He kept me informed of their progress getting our car all along the way. No pressure during the sale settlement for optional add on warranties and service contracts which I appreciated.

Carlos is the best salesman at this store! If you are looking for a Toyota, call this place and ask for Carlos to help you!!! You will not be disappointed. He was helpful, kind, honest, and wanted to support me and make sure I was informed rather than just “selling” me a car.
Really, Carlos is not just a salesman but a person who cares about the people he meets. He is easy to talk to, and he is very patient. I had many questions and went back and forth on a few cars but Carlos was so helpful the entire time.
I am very grateful that I met Carlos. I cannot recommend him enough!

I recently bought a Toyota 4Runner SR5 from Jackie Zhang, and I had a really great experience. I checked almost 10 Toyota dealerships across Maryland and Virginia, and the best price I received was from Dariush Aghdami. He was extremely professional, respectful, and made the whole process very easy.
I initially paid a $500 deposit because they had a dark gray SR5 available, but I really wanted a black one. They told me it could take about a week, but surprisingly, within just 24 hours they had the black SR5 ready for me. That was excellent service and far beyond my expectations.
The entire leasing process took around 3 hours, and the finance lady was also very kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process.
Overall, I had a great experience with the team and would highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for a Toyota. Great price, professional service, and excellent customer care.

Shady dealership, but most of them are. Bought a new vehicle with a trade-in on 7/18. I was told that I was approved by Wells Fargo. Went home with the car, picked up my plates a few days later, and wasn’t actually notified that financing was “kicked back” until 7/31. Spot deliveries aren’t illegal, but selling a customer’s trade-in before finalizing their financing is. A customer is to be notified of failed financing within 4 days of the credit application. I thought it was strange that I never heard from Wells Fargo and almost two weeks had gone by. I was told by my salesman, Eric Brown, that Linda White (Finance Director) “forgot” to have me sign some documents. That was a lie, and I needed new financing altogether. She ran my credit again on 7/31, without my consent, called me after that and told me that Toyota Financial approved my loan this time, when they didn’t originally. She also told me that Wells Fargo didn’t approve me because my income didn’t match on the application. I asked her what they used to verify my income and she said that they don’t tell them that. How convenient that things needed to be settled before the end of the month. Corey Davis, the General Sales Manager, worked with me to renegotiate after my bout with the financing issue. I learned a hard lesson here, and it was partially my fault for letting my guard down. I’ve never really trusted buying from a dealership and this experience is why. Go in with your own financing. Know your rights when they play these types of games. They would sell a lot more cars if they weren’t so dishonest.
