  I bought a new Toyota Camry from Sheehy Toyota of Timonium. The agent I dealt with was Carlos Subido. Carlos was excellent and professional. Because of my age, Carlos brought the car to me. He spent a lot of time going over all of the many features of my new car. Carlos was respectful and patient. You are fortunate to have Carlos as a representative for Sheehy Toyota.   I had an outstanding experience at Toyota Sheehy Timonium thanks to my sales and leasing consultant, Carlos Subido. Carlos was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained every option clearly, and made sure I found the right vehicle for my needs and budget. What really stood out was his patience, honesty, and attention to detail. I never felt pressured, and he made the entire buying/leasing experience enjoyable and comfortable. If you’re looking for excellent customer service and someone who truly cares about helping customers, I highly recommend asking for Carlos Subido.   Buyer Beware — I visited on Friday to look at a RAV4 and a 4Runner and test-drive both vehicles to decide which one I wanted. Keep in mind, I have five years of experience selling cars myself. I was completely turned off by Matt Ellis’s lack of product knowledge regarding the vehicles I was viewing. Even though I really liked the vehicle, I wanted to discuss pricing before making a decision. As a female customer, I became increasingly uncomfortable when I was repeatedly asked whether I had a lien on my title and whether there was anyone else who could help make a decision. They acted like I was unable to purchase a vehicle because I was a single female. Quite honestly, it felt very condescending. The entire experience felt like an old-school hard close, combined with an incredible amount of rudeness, poor tact, and lack of professionalism. They undervalued my trade-in and then offered only $500 off the vehicle. When I asked about financing incentives, I was initially told there were none — only for the sales manager to later admit that incentives did, in fact, exist. When I said I wasn’t comfortable with the pricing, I was asked if I had even read the windows sticker. Excuse me, sir… I have Google, and Another dealership currently has the same vehicle (actually nicer) listed online for $1,600 off. Honestly, I hope this review reaches the people I’ve sold cars to in the past and that they heed this warning.

  I went in to Sheehey of Timonium knowing I wanted to purchase a new Tacoma. I had a general idea of what I thought I was looking for. Matthew Ellis was extremely helpful in informing me of the various options which was super important. His knowledge and advice was exactly what I needed regarding the choices that were available. When I made the decision of which trim package that would work for me it turned out that the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot but was at another location.He then set in motion getting the chosen vehicle to his location and it was there by end of day but I planned to come in the morning to pick it up! The truck is beautiful and checked all the boxes of what I needed and then some! I am so incredibly pleased with the service and treatment I was given. Would highly recommend this dealership! My sister was with me and she’s now planning on visiting Matthew Ellis in the near future for her new vehicle! 5 stars all the way! Thank you!!!
