BUYER BEWARE!!! Do not under any circumstances EVER get a cabin air filter replacement from Mr.Tire. I was charged $120 for the filter and an additional $20 for installation. The filter itself cost more than the oil change. I was told that the filter was procured from a local auto parts store. After going to the store and verifying the part number, the filter cost came to $31. They upcharged the part by 400%! I understand that a business needs to make a profit, but Mr. Tire is highway robbery. Go to Mr. Tire if you enjoy getting ripped off and wasting your money.

Took my car to the Cockeysville location with a flat tire. I was told the tire couldn’t be repaired and that one of my rear tires also needed to be replaced because of sidewall damage. I took the car to my mechanic for a second opinion. He confirmed that the flat tire did need to be replaced, but after putting the car on a lift and test-driving it, he found no issue with either of the rear tires. I’m glad I got a second opinion before paying for an unnecessary tire replacement. I would recommend getting another assessment if you’re told you need additional work.

Wont be returning. Called at 1:37 PM to make an appointment for an oil change. Selected option 1 to make an appointment. Jerry (an outsourced appointment maker) scheduled me for 4:30 PM. I arrived at 4:29 PM for my appointment. Was told I need to reschedule for tomorrow as their last appointment is at 4 PM. My account of my conversation is below where the worker never ONCE apologized, rolled her eyes, and made it seem like I was not a customer. Jake: Hi I’m here for the appointment for the Nissan rouge at 4:30 for an oil change Worker: Hi we are going to have to get you in tomorrow because each car needs an hour for each appointment Jake: Ok we are only here for an oil change and we made the appointment today they said 4:30 was last appointment and I have a confirmation. We just traveled from North Carolina. Worker: We would need an hour, that is how long it takes to change the oil. And we don’t have anyone here right now to change it because they are done appointments for the day. Jake: Well I have an appointment for today I made it a couple hours ago Worker: You should have pressed option 2 when you called to speak directly with the store. Jake: option 2 was to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I did not have one Worker: yeah if you pressed option 2 you would have been told tomorrow our last appointment is at 4 Jake: it literally says on phone. Select option 1 to make an appointment. Why would it not go to your store and why would they tell me to come in at 4:30 Worker: our last appointment is at 4 PM you should have pressed option 2. Jake: *calls the number where it says 1 is to make an appointment and 2 is to cancel or reschedule* see? If I don’t have an appointment why would I ever press option 2. Can you do the oil change today it should not take long Worker: it takes an hour and no one is here to do it. I can reschedule it Jake: absolutely not going to reschedule and come here again Worker: have a nice day Jake: you’re open until 5. Have someone here until then. Worker: *piped up* it would be after five because an oil change takes an hour Jake: no it doesn’t it takes 15 minutes you guys stink. You stink P.S even if you could NOT honor the appointment. I should have been called and informed so I did not drive over.

I dropped my car off to get a new tire as I had a flat. There was a storm that apparently knocked out their system, so they called me and told me they would not be able to release my car to me because they had no way to accept payment…. little did I know that that was the last time I’d be able to get in touch with a human being from Mr Tire for days. The next day I called multiple times, no answer, no communication at all. When I was finally able to get a ride there to try to find someone in person and what the heck was going on, there was a sign on the door saying that they were completely closed due to technological issues. Are you kidding me? See attached photo. Very professional. I called corporate, they were no help, they said I’d recieve a service credit which I did not. Also, why would I need a service credit, I’m never going back. I finally got my car back after 3 days of calling and stopping by there trying to find someone. When I showed up again, they were still closed, I had to bang on the front doors until I luckily got a human being- there was finally a worker there who had his AirPods in the entire time I was talking to him, and I had to pay with cash. Terrible experience, could not get to work for 2 days. I work for a business myself, it’s crazy to not communicate with people at all and be completely absent when they have your car and there’s no way to get it back. If I could give 0 stars I would.
