On the morning I needed to deliver my car to a collision repair center by 8:00 AM, I received a call at 7:35 AM from Ryan, the assistant branch manager, telling me my reservation vehicle was not available and that they weren’t sure when it would be in. This late notice left me stranded and unable to arrange an immediate ride to the repair center, which is exactly what I needed to do. Impact on plans and professionalism** I explained to Ryan that receiving a last-minute notification about an unavailable vehicle is not professional customer service, especially when the branch would have known the day before that the vehicle might be unavailable. There was no proactive communication or alternative solution offered at the time, which compounded the inconvenience and stress of meeting a strict appointment at the repair shop. Response and accountability** Ryan stated that he didn’t know when the vehicle would be available, which raises concerns about reliability and accountability at the branch. The lack of contingency planning or a timely update demonstrated a gap in operations that directly affected my ability to fulfill an urgent commitment. What could have improved the experience: Early and proactive communication from the branch if a reserved vehicle might be unavailable. Prompt assistance with alternatives (e.g., a comparable replacement vehicle, rental from a partner, or accommodating a later pickup window with clear synchronization to the repair center’s schedule). A clear plan or ETA for when the reserved vehicle would be available, along with a backup option if delays were anticipated. Overall impression: My experience fell well short of the service quality I expect from Enterprise. The combination of a late notification, lack of proactive communication, and limited contingency options left me stranded and forced to improvise far more than I should have had to. I hope the Timonium York Road team takes this feedback seriously and implements more reliable reservation fulfillment processes, better communication, and practical alternatives for urgent scenarios.     I came to this location expecting a bad corporate experience but instead got a very personalized yet speedy one. Before driving off the lot, I saw the previous renter left their EZ Pass in there and the guy who got me set up with the car said they do everything they can to get forgotten items back to their owners. My car had a small problem with the gas cap that I reported when returning the vehicle to a collision center that worked with Enterprise, and the manager at this location called me personally to ensure the issue was resolved and that I was satisfied.
