  The purchase of my new Buick was the smoothest transaction I've had when buying a car. Everything went well from start to finish. All that was promised was provided on time and just right. Ron Buckman did an outstanding job while preparing me for the sale and thoroughout the description of the new car. There was so much to learn and Ron made it a happy experience trying to get an old man to understand the latest technology. During the financial part of the transaction, Mike went through all the options and made clear all options relating to the purchase. He is an outanding financial adviser. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another from this team or recommend Anderson as an outstanding dealership to anyone.

  My husband and I worked with Chris R. on the purchase of our Tahoe RST. Him and Shawn were great to work with to close the deal on a late evening. We also worked with both Mikes in finance and they were very knowledgeable. The purchase was easy and quick. We would definitely go back in the future for purchases.

  Arrived at location walk in with a gentleman, he did not acknowledge me. I stood at the front desk no one was there but there was 2 gentleman at there desk who could see me, neither acknowledged me. I waited about 5 minutes nothing. I then proceded back out the store nothing. I walked the entire lot looking in cars for about 7minutes nothing. I called in the location to see if anyone was working and they are open. Customer service is everything and this location is lacking it. I not asking you to drop everything but a simple be with you in a minute or eye contact makes a difference.
