  The person at the front desk was so rude it really ruined my whole experience. The manager I spoke to over the phone was very nice and pleasant but the brown skin man with the long dreads shouldn’t be working in the front. He is very passive aggressive and treated me like I was supposed to know the process that you all have set. I was a first time customer that spent over $1000 with you all for a tuneup service. Anytime I had a question he would give me a blank stare for a long period of time like he was attempting to intimidate me or challenge me. Customers should be treated fairly and not treated like they’re unknowledgeable. The attitude disgust me so bad I even posted on social media telling other people not to come here because of him. It makes more sense to get a different person to assist people in the front if you all want to keep good business. That experience ruined it for me. I won’t be back :) and after getting the tuneup service my car still doesn’t accelerate as it should. Poor work and poor customer service

  Works faster than autozone, but about twice the price. 120 here for an oil change and about 70 at autozone. It depends what you want. You can spend the whole day at autozone or double the price and be out in a few hours here.

  This was our second visit and BOTH times the experience was great! All mechanics assisted in helping with flat tire on my daughter's Honda. Both times were right before closing! Took time, very patient. Made good recommendations, very professional and prompt service. Thank you so much!!

  The guy there got forty feet to my truck and said , I can't balance the rear tires because the front tires are too worn like bro on the phone you guys are charging to balance individual tires.But then when I get to the shop you're telling me I can't balance only two sets of tires, besides I just got the rear tires a couple days ago beside i didn'task to balancethe front tires cuz i KNEW THEY WERE WORN lol. Dude was in a bad mood even before he got to my truck. Like, brother, I didn't choose your line of work. And\nHonestly , if a guy told me couldn't work on my back tires only because he saw the front tires , then that's absolutely not the guy I want working on my truck.

  Had an emergency tire situation while traveling and this company was on spot with getting me in at the last minute. 5 stars for that…however, I’m not used to being talked to like I’m 5 years old and especially when I’m spending my money. The appointment setter sold me on other services that a actually needed but since I was verbally belittled when I walked in the door, I decided to scale back my intended service to the bare minimum and only get my tire changed. As a veteran business owner maybe MY standard of customer service is too high; however my ability to grow thriving businesses solidifies how advantageous positive customer experiences are. Advice: Fix the customer service piece (I was not the only victim of a sharp tongue on this day) and you’ll have a great business model!
