  Horrible horrible , made an appt then when I showed up , the man at the front desk said that “ it don’t work like that “ … and was turnt away . Thanks a lot Mr tire if I could give 0 stars I would .

  If you care about your time don't come here! I scheduled an appt. for 10 am and arrived promptly. The appointment didn't matter it's first come first serve. I told them I needed my tire resealed and he told me I needed a new tire without even looking at it. I just went with it and filled out the paper work for it. I then waited 2 hours in the lobby for no service. I saw people come in at least an hour after me and got serviced before me so I left. I clearly wasn't a priority and my time was not important. Wasted two hours of my day for nothing.

  Customer service was very poor. I went in for a tire rotation that was never done. They upsold me an oil change and when I came to pick up the car the oil change was done but only the spare was rotated on. The rotation wasn't done because the tires were old. They were going to charge me the quoted price without the tire rotation. If i hadn't noticed I would have left the store having paid for a service I didn't get. If I would have known the tires were bad I would have bought new tires. I left the store and went to Firestone and bought new tires.

  Tee, was very informative and very helpful on choosing the correct Tires For my vehicle. He also pointed out some major factors on my vehicle that needed attention for future maintenance. I will definitely bring all my vehicles Here for all my maintenance. Thank you Tee / Mr. Tire

  3 stars because i had such a good experience with this shop back in May when I had a sudden tire blow out on the highway. I had such a positive experience I came back for my A/C issue. However my expereince this morning was so bizzare I do not plan to return. I spent 4 hours at this auto shop waiting for my A/C to get fixed.... I showed up at 0930- a little earlier for my 1000- but they took in my car. I saw someone in my car at around 1015/1030 tinkering opening my hood, and then my car just sat there, but I assumed I would hear something back about the issue or a part. At 1:20pm I ask to get my key so I could charge my phone in the car since I had no charging block. The front desk guy gets the key, hands it to me and goes "By the way he said we can't fix your car you'll have to go to the dealership." I asked how long it was known and he goes "He just found out" states there's "no charge" and just leaves me at the door to talk to the next customer. I called yesterday and confirmed they worked on A/Cs at this location before I made the appointment. No diagnostics were done, so I wasted 4 hours and still dont know what's actually wrong with my A/C. So disappointed after having such a positive experience back in May. I hope they develop a better system of keeping up with cars and updating customers. I'm pretty sure they forgot about my car until I asked for my key. Update: dropping down to 2 stars since my A/C was fixed somewhere else the day after all this AND it wasn't at a dealership. Big waste of time.
