- PPPaula PEWMay 12, 20265.0Took 2008 Nissan Versa Sedan in for coolant leak and radiator replacement. Repairs were done efficiently. Results afterward was that the indicator running hot computer light was no longer on, engine did not run hot or cut off, and no evidence of fluid leaks with or without the air condition running. Service was done in one day. These are the results you want to notice when you take a vehicle in for repairs. If it comes out the same way, you brought it in -- and there is no detail listed on the repair statement as to what was done, you question the work. Ford Masters gave the details (verbal explanation), and answered all of my questions. Very satisfied with the outcome. Felt I was treated fairly and received a reasonable cost estimate. Additionally, the front office/receptionist personnel are courteous, professional, and patient with rendering customer service. This business is trustworthy and deserving of being supported by our community. Get the word out. Write just reviews of those businesses that maintain integrity and fairness for, and within our communities -- so that we don't have to travel outside or spend dollars outside our communities.

FM took care of all of them in a quick and efficient manner. Best part, more than 1/2 the price that the dealership quoted. One issue, the dealer wanted to charge me so much I could've used the money for down payment on another truck. Which I suspected they wanted me to do. Thanks Ford Masters.
