  I cannot say enough good things about the service I receive from Matt. He is knowledgeable, kind, genuine, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of the right way. You can tell he really knows cars and takes pride in his work. It is rare to find someone so honest, skilled, and thoughtful with customers. I truly appreciate his help and excellent service!   Visited the Clarksville shop today where Matt really helped me out. I’ve used them before for tires but today just needed a quick hand and Matt was polite, super quick and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you again.

  Matt and his team are amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I had a flat in my son's car one evening, they had it fixed the next morning as promised. Asked for some break pad and rotor measurements and they did it on the spot free of charge. It's always great to have such an honest and reliable company to support you when you have car issues. Thanks so much guys!!!

  Incredible service and total honesty!I hit a major pothole that left my car driving like a NASCAR vehicle with absolutely no power steering. I was stressed and assumed I broke a tie rod or a strut. After doing a lot of research, I decided to try the Mr. Tire tucked behind the CVS in Clarksville.From the moment I walked in, Will greeted me and was incredibly kind, professional, and prompt. They quickly assessed my vehicle and gave me a free quote. It turned out the pothole didn't cause structural damage but completely threw off my alignment. While checking the car, the mechanic also noticed my tires were badly worn on the inside and wouldn't pass inspection.I deeply appreciated that Will did not try to upsell me at all. Instead, he gave me honest choices, offering both an economy tire option and a recommendation for a longer-lasting tire.The entire process was quick, efficient, and backed by excellent customer service. My car now drives beautifully—like I just purchased it! I highly recommend Will and his team.

  One of my tires kept going flat so I went to Mr Tire in Clarksville without having an appointment. They checked my tires and made recommendations for what I needed to do. Mac was the best! I'm an older female with limited income and he was very patient and answered all of my questions even though I had a zillion questions and concerns. I have other car problems that I plan to make an appointment later and go back to this same location. Great service. I highly recommend!
