  Been to Mr. Tire in Clarksville twice for a simple alignment, and both times it felt like they were trying to upsell me instead of just doing the work. First time, they said they wouldn’t do the alignment unless I replaced my upper and lower control arms because of the bushings. Yes, bad bushings can affect alignment, but mine were completely fine. I checked them myself afterward. Second time, they told me my front tires were “bald” and refused the alignment again. The tires were only 5–6 months old with plenty of tread left. I even suggested rotating the rear tires to the front and doing the alignment, and they still declined. I work on and build my own cars, so I’m not clueless. At this point it just feels like they’re always trying to sell extra work instead of doing a basic alignment. Ended up taking my car elsewhere with no issues.

  The person who scheduled my appointment gave me a time for which the people doing the work were not available. They need to be in sync with each other.

  I was in on Wednesday to have a tire valve repaired. Appointment was for 10 o’clock and they started working on my car around 1050. Of course it was not just a tire valve repair, It was a replacement of the valve and sensor. What started as a $20 service then became an $80 service and by the time I left it was over $100. Only to wake up Thursday morning to a flat tire. Pumped it up, hoping it was just a fluke as the repair was settling. Three hours away from home and I have a full on flat tire! I will be back this week to get a repaired or refunded

  Had a Flat tire called the Mr Tire and was given an appointment within 1 hour on a Saturday and fixed the Tire while I waited in 30min.

  I had a great experience at Mr. Tire. Mr. Will greeted me and my son in law first thing in the morning very friendly and kind and pleasant, he had such good energy and I was glad he handled our car.
