  Do not trust anything their booking agents say on the phone. Today they booked me an appointment with a site that had no power. Then when I called back they booked me another appointment for another location. When I got there, they told me it would be up to four hours before my car could get looked at. Even though I arrived at the time, the booking agent said they had available. Apparently, they’re booking agents. Their phone support does not communicate with any of the Service locations and just book you an appointment regardless, if the location can help you.

  Will helped me out when I got a flat tire on 32! He gave me a quote on price and stuck to it (I've heard of places changing it once the work is done.) I was in and out in less than an hour. The waiting area is small but clean and has a bathroom and water fountain. There is a CVS and Chick Fil A next to Mr Tire.

  The assistant mgr. Matthew could not have been more polite and eager to give good service. I would highly recommend giving him a call for your auto needs. super quick turnaround.

  Matt & team were personable, honest, and communicative. Came in by tow truck with flat tire & they took us right away. Helped us with tire selection. No upselling. Great experience!!
