I recommend Safelite in Churchville due to the kindness of the staff. I brought my younger nephew with me and we had to wait in the waiting room and the experience was EXCELLENT!! The manager Tim W made slurpees and ice cream for my son and I as well as other in waiting room and were shocked by his kindness. We watched the Game Show Network and time passes quickly. Thank you Safelite

My car failed Maryland inspection so i had to get a new windshield. Insurance recommended Safelite and the website was easy to use to make an appointment. The communication from the technician (Christian) was excellent and he did a phenominal job on my car, explaining everything, installing new wipers even giving me new sticky tape for my EZ pass. Heartily recommend this company now that i know how great their customer service is.

Safelite in Churchville MD is by far one of the best places I ever had service done for any reason. Upon arriving the manager Tim came out, checked me in, and explained the entire process to me. He said it could take up to 1-1/12 hrs. While in the waiting room I had coffee, popcorn, and I am sorry most of the candy they had out omg. It only took 45 minutes to complete my service including installing my new cabin filter. Technician was amazing he checked in with me two times during the service time and had been so kind to clean all of my windows, and he seriously vacuumed my car WOW!!

Dropped off my girlfriends car at Safelite Autoglass In Churchville on Thursday June/18th for a minor crack in the windshield. When I came back a few hours later to pick the car up and check out, i noticed not only was this Crack NOT fixed, but they left 3 Deep scratches all the way through the paint on the hood of the car on the drivers side.
I called Safelite Customer support and they dispatched a field tech to come and take a look at the scratches. The field tech came out and fixed the crack in the windshield while he was there and did a great job. Shout out to him, unfortunately he said there was nothing he could do about the scratches and i would have to take it back to the shop.
When the Safelite shop opened again on Monday morning i drove over to tell them about the damage. The store manager Tim Walker heard about this and knew i was coming in evidently because he was ready when we walked in with photos of the vehicle. First off, this photo was very pixelated and terrible quality you could not see anything, he quickly claimed the damage had not been from their shop (lie) and that according to this photo there was no damage on the car. I asked him to send me better quality photos and he emailed them to us and i will attach them below along with the email we got and the photo he handed me in person prior to this. I just want to preface this by saying the car had NO damage on the hood when we took it in, so he is claiming the damage happened sometime during the 10 minute drive back to my house after picking up.
After receiving his email with the PRE INSPECTION and POST INSPECTION pictures i noticed the picture he had just shown me an hour prior in person as "proof" they had not caused the damage was listed in the email as the PRE INSPECTION photo. and suspiciously enough the POST INSPECTION photo leaves out the EXACT area on the hood where the scratches are located. See attached photos from said email. So Tim Walker blatantly lied and tried to show us a PRE INSPECTION photo as the finished product.
Since then I've contacted Safelite customer support again and the representative agreed the before and after photos as well as our in person interaction is very suspicious. After which he escalated the claim to the District Manager and Service Manager. This was on Monday, June 22nd. I was told we would hear back within 24-48hrs. I called back Tuesday and was told we would hear back Wednesday. I called back Wednesday and was told we would hear back Thursday. I called again Thursday and was told i would hear back by the end of the business day. Called again today Friday June 26th, waited 25 minutes and the representative told me they cannot reach either the District Manager, Service Manager, or the Shop manager. So here we are still with no resolution in sight.
Look i understand people make mistakes and shit happens but this this is insanely dishonest. This shop has absolutely no integrity, I don't understand how you can operate a business like this.
If you're having issues with your Windows/Windshield i would highly encourage you to find a different shop. Tim Walker and Churchville Safelite Autoglass are not doing good business and, judging by recent reviews we are not the only ones who have had their car damaged at this shop

Had an appointment to have my windshield replaced on Tuesday.... they couldn't do it bc of the rain, no problem at all. However, they told us we can come to the shop and they can replace inside their shop. My mom drives all the way from Elkton MD after they stated the parts are at the shop and we can have it replaced there, that day since we cant have the replacement at our house, she gets there and they tell my mom they dont have the parts and cant get the windshield gasket for another month???? So alot of time wasted after being told they had the parts and tell us we can come get it done.... wasted time for nothing. You cant lie and say you have the parts and come in then look at my mom and husband like theyre crazy saying you dont have the parts... idk how they were going to replace it in the first place with the schedule home repair appointment if the other part they need won't come in for a month. I take my time and family's time very seriously.
