  I would use safelite in the future for my vehicle. They are professional and very attentive when it comes to reminding you of your appointment with them & how to take care of your glass after they leave. The employee i had at Safelite was the best and will request Derrick again in any future repairs I may need. There warranties on glass and free wipers are by far the best. I highly recommend them.

  Siri play redeemed themselves after giving me a cancellation the night before the first service was scheduled. The tech was very knowledgeable and took his time explained everything to me and did a great job..

  Went to Safelite Saturday to get my windshield replace. The tech Ryan was amazing. Not only did he replaced my windshield he introduce himself before he took my care, he explained Everything before and after the care was serviced . Very friendly good vibes and would go back if needed too.

  Appointment was scheduled online. Calls to check on the status of the appointment were routed to the call center AI bot, then eventually human reps who had limited information on the details of the work and scheduled appointment. They reported that they emailed the local shop to have them contact me - nothing heard until the appointment reminders via text and email were received. OK, well all that least that looked promising. Day of appointment, the assigned technician called and reported the replacement glass had not arrived, so the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Said I should get a call. I think the tech passed along the information that he was given, but things did not work out. Checked the Safelite website the next day and the appointment / work order was not available. Called Safelite again - got the call center and the annoying AI rep again, then finally a human. He managed to actually contact the shop after multiple attempts and got the details: - the glass could not be sourced by Safelite - shop recommended contacting the dealer for replacement - the shop told the CSR that an email had been sent to me - I received nothing - no email - no text - no phone call The communications within and outside of Safelite are a broken mess and that's putting it mildly. Will be looking at a local independent auto glass shop to get the work done. Would have gone that route directly if I had known how bad things would be in dealing with Safelite. If I have a choice, I will be avoiding dealing with this company again. If you do not have a choice - good luck.

  Service area is nice the staff is friendly and the waiting area was nice and clean. Just a concern I have is my windshield cowl was not properly reinstalled due to missing retainer clips. My washer fluid line was not properly reconnected and was flopping around in the engine bay. Please dona courtesy post inspection after replacing the windshields. Thanks!
